| The overall goal of preschool education is to cultivate professionals with full development of morality,wisdom and physique.Physical education is an important part of preschool education in accordance with the characteristics of children’s age,physiology and psychology to organize sports activities,making children keep track of basic learning,sports skills and sports events so that can promote overall development of their physics and mentality,intelligence,creativity,emotion and social adaptability.This article mainly use questionnaire survey method,field observation,documentation,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,surveying 15 kindergartens in Xiaodian District,Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province with the aim of exploring the factors which affects the kindergarten activities.And therefore provide objective and valuable reference for opening and promoting kindergarten activities.Following conclusions are drawn from above investigation.1.Kindergartens in Xiaodian district of Taiyuan is a model of pyramid.Public kindergartens are few and classy while private are numerous and the star level of which is scattered on distributing.Early childhood education in Xiaodian District varies from each other.Children’s educational foundation is unbalanced.Therefore,excellent kindergartens should play a leading and exemplary role,and the government should strengthen the assessment system of kindergarten and promote common development of different kinds of kindergartens in Xiaodian District.2.Preschool teachers in Xiaodian District are getting younger and younger,whose education background are mainly undergraduate degree and junior college degree with high basic quality,but their sports is limited.With the lack of professional PE teachers,the district should strengthen the teachers’ sports knowledge training and employ full-time PE teachers who graduated from specialized institutions for the sport.3.The director of kindergarten supports the development of children’s sports activities,but lack the aware of the valuable effect of sports activities on children.What’s more,the preschool teacher has insufficient understanding of the goal of activities,children’s sports action skills and principle as well as their physical and psychological development regulation.4.The sports activities organized by preschool teacher is mainly sports games.The practice on sports movements is basically in accordance with children’s developmental characteristics,but the contents lack science and rationality,far away from comprehensive.Most teachers will plan an outing for children,but just occasionally and the schedule of activities for children is not reasonable and sufficient enough.Preschool teachers should increase their knowledge and capability of sports,perfect the teaching method and organizational capability,and organize children to engage in sports activities on the basis of all-round development of them.The content of sports activities should involve tactics and competitions to properly increase physical activity with the combination of science,innovation and inheritance.5.The sports stadium and facilities basically meets the needs of children’s activities,but most grounds lack in the spirits of sports.The facilities is unevenly distributed.Lack of specialized space for indoor activities to protect children from such bad weather as rain and snow,high wind,fog and haze greatly limits the development of some particular activities.The government and school should raise money by various ways and forms and set up exclusive funds to establish and improve the teaching environment and facilities. |
