Life is movement,physical exercise is a behavior that affects people's public health.Junior high school students as a special group of society,physical exercise related to the healthy development of their physical and mental.This study investigates the exercise behavior and the motivation of the junior high school students participating in the badminton training in the background of the vigorous development of the post-training market,In order to understand the physical exercise situation of junior high school students who participated in badminton training at the present stage,we found that there were problems in extracurricular training.Targeted to guide junior high school students to train,establish the concept of lifelong sports.To provide a basis and reference for the formulation of policies and standards for the training of students in the training market and the setting of school physical education courses.In this paper,through literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics on the total number of 581 people in Nanjing junior high school students after school badminton trainees investigation and analysis found:1.The behavioral stages of the trainees of junior high school students were in the form of "U".The student is in the preparatory stage for the period of plasticity.Very suitable for students to develop physical habits,the formation of the correct concept of sports.2.Girls is much higher than in the non-exercise group boys,and in the action stage,stick to phase the proportion of boys than girls in the crowd.Students with grade rise showed a decreasing trend in the number participating in the training,but the decline is not fast,there was "a big" situation.3.Training for more than three years of students to participate in after-school sports activities than the following three years of trainees more regular,and more persistent.4.In the different stages of the trainees in the class approach,class frequency,class time,the equipment requirements,the coach requirements,under the class to participate in badminton and other behavior on the way there is a big difference.5.Behavior at different stages of trainees in class manner,the frequency ofthe class,class time,equipment requirements,request for coach class participation badminton,etc.There are large differences on behavior.6.Using the factor analysis method,the motivation of the trainees of junior high school students is divided into six main factors.According to the scores are:fitness body,personal preferences,academic stress,family expectations,personal development and environmental impact.And in the forward from the beginning to the progressive stage of the progressive,personal preferences and personal development factors were gradually strengthening the phenomenon,while the fitness body and family expectations factor gradually weakened.
