As the material life level unceasing enhancement,parents focusing too much on children's physical needs to ignore their physical exercise.The poor quality of most of the school physical education teaching,the students generally think P.E.classes boring,study pressure,lack of exercise,are not interested in sports.In order to solve the above problems,this study aims to through a semester of sports games for the intervention measures,based on the experimental level,applied the Danish sports games in the elementary school sports teaching,from the student body,body mass index,physical education learning interest,the change of the subjective exercise experience index,sports games of elementary school physical education teaching effect.Expectation through sports game to improve the primary school physical education teaching mode,improve the students' interest for sports.Conservatory in this paper,the experimental method is adopted,and south of the fifth grade class(7)and class(12)as the research object,sports games used by experimental classes experimental intervention,that in comparative classes with normal school sports plan,from September 2016 to December,a total of 16 weeks.Test before and after the intervention,the test content including physical quality index test: height,weight,vital capacity in succession,crook proneness,50 x 8 shuttle run and jump rope in a minute.Psychological index test: subjective exercise experience and primary school sports study interest.Through the data difference before and after the experiment to the corresponding analysis and conclusions.The experimental results show that after 16 weeks of teaching intervention,the experimental class students height,weight,vital capacity,sitting body flexion and one minute rope skipping compared to the control group,no statistical difference.The 50 x8 round-trip run this index is slightly better than the control class,with statistical differences.The physical quality of longitudinal data comparing the experimental class before and after the experiment,the contrast can be obvious,compared to the previous experiment data,the indicators of the experimental class have improved significantly,the vital capacity,sit and reach,50 * 8 run with significant statistical difference.Compared with the experimental data of the students in the control class,the only significant difference was found in lung capacity.From the psychological indicators,the experimental class students to participate in sports interest and subjective exercise experience is improved significantly,psychological annoyance values decrease,indicating that the game intervention is beneficial to the health of the students,and to cultivate the students form the habit of physical exercise,finally also promote the teaching level and teaching goals.The disadvantage is that the students' fatigue.
