With the continuous advancement of curriculum reform,the new primary school Chinese curriculum has put forward higher requirements for the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers.Especially when a large number of children's literary works are selected into teaching materials and entered the classroom,it is even more necessary for primary school language teachers to have corresponding children's literature literacy to build a bridge between children and children's literature.Therefore,the improvement of children's literacy of primary school Chinese teachers can not only optimize the layout of primary school Chinese teaching materials,but also innovate the teaching methods of primary school Chinese.It can also help pupils expand the reading volume of children's literature and broaden their horizons.The dissertation takes the entire language teachers of Zhengzhou X Elementary School as the research object,and uses research methods such as literature,surveys and interviews.Investigate children's literature literacy of elementary school teachers from four aspects: theoretical literacy,reading literacy,teaching literacy,and creative literacy.The survey found that X primary school Chinese teachers have many problems in children's literature literacy,which are manifested in the following: inadequate grasp of the professional theories and knowledge of children's literature;children's reading concepts are relatively lagging behind,failing to keep pace with the times;generally The text of children's literature is not well understood;the students' writing ability is insufficient.The main factors that cause the above problems are:teacher education does not pay enough attention to children's literature knowledge;the lack of self-improvement awareness of primary school language teachers;cumbersome school management affects teachers' self-improvement;the school evaluation system needs to be improved.Based on the above reasons,the thesis proposes three major strategies to improve teachers' children's literature literacy: first,pre-service education should pay more attention to children's literature courses;second,to create a variety of continuing learning forms,that is,Online platform learning to normalize and strengthen cooperation between primary schools and universities;third,primary school language teachers themselves should be committed to improving children's literacy,including autonomous learning of children's literature theory,reading a large number of classics of children's literature,and giving equalemphasis to knowledge and aesthetics in teaching.Invest in children's literature.
