| The strength of citizens’ legal consciousness determines the perfection of the national governance system and the perfection of the level of the governance capacity.When building a socialist legality country,the most important standard is that the citizens should have strong legal consciousness.The cultivation of citizens’ legal consciousness should start at an early age.The period of Junior high school is a crucial period for people’s growth during his lifetime.The effect of breeding legal consciousness in this period will directly determine whether modernization of rule of law can be realized.However,in the vast rural areas of China,the status quo of legal consciousness of junior high school students is not optimistic.Though the school is the main place of secondary school students to receive legal education,due to many conditions,legal education is difficult to implement.It directly affects the formation of junior high school students’ legal consciousness.This paper uses the rural junior high school students as the object of study,and adopt the method of questionnaire survey to understand the present situation of the cultivation of students’ legal consciousness in junior high school history curriculum.Based on the survey results to explore how to cultivate the rural junior school students’ legal consciousness from the following three aspects: the revision of History Curriculum Standards of Compulsory Education,the compilation of standards history textbook and the history teaching of the junior school.This chapters of this paper are divided into four parts: The first chapter is the introduction part.This chapter analyzes the reason of the topic selection,the research significance,the literature review,the research methods and the innovation,and differentiate the concept of law,legal of constitution and rule of law,and analyzes the difference and contacts of these concepts.In the second chapter,the cultivation of students’ legal consciousness present situation in junior high school history curriculum present situation is investigated by means of questionnaires,and the results of the questionnaires are analyzed.The third chapter summarizes the status quo of legal consciousness of junior high students from the questionnaire survey results,and analyzes its causes.In the fourth chapter,the countermeasure of cultivating students ’ awareness of legal system is put forward from the view of junior middle school history courses.Conclusion part summarizes the full text,and find out the shortcomings of the article and follow-up efforts.This paper will basically discuss how to cultivate students’ legal consciousness in history courses in junior middle schools,whose purpose is to make history teachers pay more attention to this problem in the process of teaching.Through the cultivation on students’ legal consciousness,to promote the overall improvement of middle school students,and to make the students be qualified builders and successors of socialist country. |
