Since the 19 th CPC National Congress,the strategy of governing the country by law has been promoted to a new height.Strengthening the construction of the rule of law and cultivating teenagers' awareness of the rule of law meet the needs of the harmonious and orderly development of society,reflect the requirements of the new historical curriculum standard on students' legal literacy,and is an inevitable choice for students to implement quality education and cultivate qualified builders and successors of the socialist cause.The formation of the awareness of the rule of law is based on the correct understanding and recognition of the rule of law.It is an individual's understanding of the functions,principles and requirements of the rule of law,mainly including the awareness of rights and obligations,the awareness of fairness and justice and the awareness of legal authority.Due to the particularity of their age and the relative occlusion of their living environment,senior high school students' awareness of the rule of law shows the characteristics of particularity and instability.The textbook "outline of Chinese and foreign history" has rich educational materials on the awareness of the rule of law.To cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of the outline of Chinese and foreign history,teachers should carefully read and understand the contents of teaching materials based on the core quality of history,take the cultivation of awareness of the rule of law as the logical main line,select relevant teaching materials,determine the key and difficult points of teaching,and further refine the macro objectives;According to the principles of interest,progressiveness and applicability of scenario creation,the way of scenario creation should be reasonably determined to improve the effect of scenario creation;We should attach great importance to the demonstration of historical materials,choose historical materials that are true,reliable,applicable and can stimulate students' thinking,deeply excavate historical materials in historical books,Internet and real life,reproduce vivid historical scenes,provide convincing historical facts,and improve the effectiveness of historical materials demonstration teaching practice;We should fully tap the legal awareness education resources in the literature,make use of the legal awareness education resources in the film and television materials,strengthen the cooperation and exchange between teachers,realize the co construction and sharing of legal awareness education resources,and enrich the content of education.In addition,cultivating students' awareness of the rule of law must run through the whole classroom teaching: we should pay attention to classroom introduction,stimulate students' interest in learning,focus students' attention,avoid boring knowledge indoctrination and improve teaching efficiency;We should skillfully use classroom debate to help students intuitively experience the knowledge of the rule of law,improve students' cognitive ability and practical ability,cultivate students' innovative spirit,combine teaching with fun,establish correct thinking of the rule of law,and enrich the class learning atmosphere;We should carefully design novel,interesting and thought-provoking classroom summaries,sort out,summarize and summarize the knowledge of the rule of law,help students clarify the context of knowledge,promote the expansion,extension,connection and transition of knowledge,and constantly improve the teaching effect.There are many factors that affect students' physical and mental development,The cultivation of legal consciousness is a systematic and comprehensive project,which requires the joint support and participation of families,schools,society,students themselves and other forces to form a joint force of education.History teachers should pay attention to cooperating with Chinese,politics,geography and other disciplines to implement the education of legal consciousness,make full use of various favorable resources,give full play to the role of family curriculum resources and social curriculum resources in teaching,and improve the effect of cultivating legal consciousness.
