At present,the concept of local university elective courses and the system design often is in a difficult to reconcile the contradiction,and in a left for advocating the pursuit of reasonable knowledge structure,the right end is to make public the spectrum between learning freedom.This will necessarily lead to either be unduly limit the rights is missing,or give students greater freedom space to curriculum rights,We selected the elective system curriculum implementation case of S university,through the text,comprehensive survey questionnaires and interviews,trying to analysis the reality of the dilemma that students' curriculum rights is always between the “restricted” and "freedom” under an elective system,and then reflect on an elective system of curriculum management.This research mainly divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction part of the article,mainly discusses the origin and research meaning of the research question,explains the related core concepts,and combed the research related literature,illustrates the research ideas and research methods.The second part through the way of empirical study,through the school S university elective system case the text of the system as well as the research object of interview for qualitative analysis,and combined with questionnaire investigation and quantitative analysis,to find out the problems existing in the implementation process of elective courses;The third part,through the four dimensions of the curriculum rights: right to know,course option,right to participate curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation right to delve into four kinds of courses,the curriculum stakeholders: school administrators,teachers,students' rights predicament;The fourth part,our goal is to clarify the relationship between the elective system and the university students' curriculum rights;and from the core elements of course right,thinking about how to distribute students' curriculum rights under the elective system,in order to optimize the curriculum management of elective system and put forward some forward-looking opinion.Through investigation and study,the results show that there are the following difficulties in an elective system implementation of students' curriculum rights: In the aspect of the right to know the course,students' demands and the independent consciousness of exercise were not met;In the aspect of course options,the school often excessive empowerment and lack of targeting;In terms of curriculum implementation participation,students "discourse" is missing and the passive participation;In terms of right of curriculum evaluation,students exercise right is over-emotional and has the characteristics of programming.Based on the results of the survey,the author found that an elective system of multiple interest subjects of the right presents the characteristics of diversity and difference;The elective system itself exists limitations,the system design value orientation rolling result in difficult system harmonic;Elective system and university students' curriculum rights always exist interdependence and mutual containment relationship.To this,this paper gives the elective system in local colleges to improve and optimize the student curriculum rights and advice: first of all,managers need to shift leader role,set up students' consciousness of taking the initiative to exercise the right of course know;Second,the right to run the program,targeted to give students course options;Third,the establishment of "participation" mechanism,protect the rights of students' participation in curriculum implementation.Finally,enrich the evaluation system,and lead students to rational exercise the right of curriculum evaluation.
