With the deepening of educational reform,teaching practice has become an important way to improve the practical teaching ability of undergraduates.For the undergraduates majoring in physical education in normal universities,the key to improving the teaching ability of PE is comprehensively understanding the situation of teaching and objectively proceeding teaching assessment.In this thesis the concepts of physical education specialty,post practice,teaching practice and so on are defined first and the author carried out a research on teaching practice of undergraduates in physical education.This thesis defines the research scope of this thesis,and uses the method of investigation to compile the specific questionnaires from three aspects:the preparation of teaching practice,the process of teaching practice and the evaluation of post-teaching practice.With analysis of the data from investigation about trainees and practice teachers,it summarizes the problems in the practice of undergraduate majoring in physical education,which mainly manifest in the imperfect teaching practice management system,and the neglect of pre-job training.Moreover,the sources of guidance for trainees mainly include the guidance of the teachers in the practice schools,distinguished teacher guidance,tour guidance,remote video guidance,remote QQ group(WeChat group)guidance and guidance of the team leader in the country from university and other forms.All kinds of guidance methods have certain help for trainees in the practice of physical education,but the guidance effect of these methods can be further enhanced and the evaluation of teaching practice can be further improved.In view of the above research conclusions,this thesis puts forward some improvement measures,which emphasize that the practice schools should be screened and the management system should be optimized,that the system of pre-job training system should be established and the practice team should be set up,and that the "network" teaching and research model should be implemented.Furthermore,it is necessary to enrich the content of teaching practice,construct the collaborative training mechanism,and enhance the effect of various instruction forms.This thesis not only offers a comprehensive understanding of the specific circumstances of Hebei Normal University physical education undergraduate teaching practice,but also provides reference for the relevant departments to timely detect the problems in teaching practice and formulate a reasonable teaching practice management to improve the professional education.
