| With the country’s emphasis on the construction of teachers in primary and secondary schools,"post practice" of normal students has become a common teaching mode.However,because the reform of rural schools has not yet reached the expectation,the role identity of normal students has not completely changed,and the supervision and support of universities and the government are not enough to support the change of the current situation of rural education,resulting in a series of problems.Therefore,we should promote the landing of the "U-G-S-C" model,improve the government’s funding guarantee system,re-plan the curriculum of colleges and universities,guarantee the teaching guidance of practice schools,give full play to the link function of teaching and research centers,effectively guarantee the "last mile" of normal students’ professional skills,and promote the development of the "internship" model of normal students in a deeper and more optimized direction.In this paper,a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research is used to make an in-depth investigation on the current situation of "post practice" in rural areas of L City,Liaoning Province.The original data of "post practice" are collected by means of literature analysis,observation,in-depth interview and case study.Through the core concept of three-level coding landing,the problem of "post practice" of normal students is highly summarized and analyzed,and relevant solutions are put forward.The thesis is divided into five chapters: The first chapter explores the theoretical basis of "on-the-job internship" practical teaching by analyzing the relationship between reflexology,professionalism,intellectualism,pragmatism and teacher education theory and "on-the-job internship" practical teaching,and combs it from the historical evolution dimension;The second chapter states the practical investigation of "on-the-job internship",analyzes the research design and research results,and paves the way for the dilemma and attribution of the practical teaching of "on-the-job internship".The third chapter starts with four subjects: universities,government,primary and secondary schools and normal students,and expresses the problems of practical teaching of "post practice".It is found that the deep cooperation intention between universities,government and primary and secondary schools is limited,and the win-win mechanism needs to be optimized;The conditions of practice base are difficult,and the teaching mode of colleges and universities is difficult to play its role;Rural excellent teachers are relatively weak,and the quality of guiding normal students needs to be improved;The process of teacher role transformation of normal students is slow,and the links need to be improved.The fourth chapter analyzes the attribution of the dilemma from the teaching and research centers,universities,practical primary and secondary schools,tutor responsibility system and the role transformation of normal students,and finds that the reason for this problem lies in the lack of timely follow-up research,and the "C" teaching and research center is difficult to play its role;It is difficult to match the talent training modes of the two universities,which leads to poor internship results;The tutor responsibility system is not perfect,which leads to limited internship results;It is difficult for normal students to complete the four aspects of the role transformation from students to teachers.The fifth chapter explores the practical teaching of "on-the-job internship" from three dimensions: teaching and research center,universities and practical primary and secondary schools.What needs to be changed is not only the superstructure,but also the orientation and role change of normal students.Only through the cooperation of "U-G-S-C" can we give full play to the advantages of "internship" and promote the development of rural education and practical teaching for normal students.This study takes the "internship" normal students as the research object,aiming at providing reference for normal students to smoothly transition the internship period and promoting the professional development of normal students.Finally,I hope this study can be helpful to the study of teachers’ professional development and educational practice. |
