Since China entered the new century,the main factors affecting population distribution has been transformed from the natural growth of the population to the migration of the population.At the same time,the main flow to the migration of floating population that from inland to the coast or from village to town growth is slowing.The central and western regions' s attracting ability to the floating population began to rise.Population migration flows of the new situation puts forward a proposition that many worth exploring,such as what are the influence factors of population migration flows to change?How the change of relation that the reason of population migration flows and flow direction? The relationship between the population migration and the development of new technology.The main type of the floating population is free type flow in China.the main purpose of the floating population is to improve the economic income.Analyzed the the source that job information of floating population and job channel characteristics and occupational supply regional differences is become a important perspective to study population migration.With the development of the Internet,network recruitment has gradually become the main channel for jobs of job seekers.Because the network recruitment is not limited by space,more and more floating population using the Internet hiring for job.This paper through the finishing of population movement and network recruitment data finds out that there are many common features of population flow and network recruitment in the development stage,concentrated area and occupational distribution.From 2000 to 2010,the number of floating population in China and the scale of network recruitment have increased greatly.In2010-2016,the floating population and network recruitment grew steadily on a large scale.China's floating population engaged in the industry's most concentrated is the production.China's recruitment site covers the industry's largest production.Many phenomena suggest that the link between online recruitment and population migration is becoming increasingly close,and the relationship between the two is worth exploring.Using methods of grey correlative analysis,the dissertation established an evaluation index to built a correlation model and a coupling model of the interaction between populationflow and network recruitment.This paper analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of population mobility and network recruitment in 11 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government)and 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province,and then analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of the coupling between population movement and network recruitment in China.Select the data of other years for comparison,discussed the population flow and network recruitment coupling with the evolution of time in the provinces of China and Hebei provinces around.turn out that:(1)population mobility and network recruitment associated with a higher degree,the two affect each other.Network recruitment is quick and easy to overcome the limitations of space,for those who want to go to the field to find a job to provide a better job channel.The main reason for the population movement is to find jobs in the field.The expansion of the size of the floating population can promote the development of network recruitment.Population mobility and network recruitment have a mutually reinforcing relationship.(2)The system element coupling mechanism of population flow and network recruitment is complex and close.In the process of influencing the network recruitment system,the quantitative indicators of the floating population have the greatest influence on the development of the network recruitment.The floating population index and the short-term floating population index of the university and above also have a great influence on the development of the floating population.In the process of the role of the population flow system,the size of the network employer and the development of the recruitment website have a role that can not be neglected for the population flow.(3)The coupling of population mobility and network recruitment has a certain regularity in spatial distribution.According to the degree of coupling and the local economic level,China's 31 provinces(autonomous regions / municipalities)are divided into population mobility and network recruitment harmony,running-in.The distribution of population mobility and network recruitment in China is basically consistent with the spatial differentiation rules of East and West.Antagonism and low level coupling area.The distribution law of population mobility and network recruitment in Hebei Province is basically higher than that in the southern and northern regions.The 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province are divided into population flows and Network Recruiting Harmony,Running,Antagonistic and Low Level Coupled Areas Four Types of Areas.(4)The temporal variation of the coupling degree between population flow and network recruitment system shows a certain stage.From 2005 to 2015,the population mobility and the network recruitment system have a high degree of coupling.After 2005,the coupling degree is growing rapidly.The scale of population movement and the degree of network recruitment development are increasing at a high level in 2010-2015.From the perspective of Hebei Province,the coupling between population flow and network recruitment increased rapidly from 2010 to 2012,and the coupling degree slowed down between 2012 and 2015,but the mutual influence of the two systems continued to deepen.With the progress of society and The development of science and technology,the interaction between population and online recruitment will become more and more obvious.
