The “Internet+” era brings universities unprecedented challenges and opportunities in the field of vocational guidance.In addition,it brings new driving forces for education reform and innovation.Therefore,based on the background of “Internet+” era,advantages of “Internet+” in terms of integrating social resources and effects of “Internet+” on undergraduate employment & entrepreneurship guidance were analyzed in this paper.Taking into consideration existing traditional approaches to undergraduate vocational guidance,new approaches were explored to improve success rate of undergraduate employment & entrepreneurship and cultivate undergraduates’ innovation awareness and creativity,in order to further boost prosperous development of internet and education development of universities.At first,theoretical literature and research achievements related to undergraduate employment and “Internet+” were collected,sorted out and studied.Then,questionnaire survey and interview method were adopted to take College A in Zhengzhou City as the research subject,so as to study current conditions of existing approaches to undergraduate vocational guidance in the context of ordinary undergraduate vocational guidance and the needs for innovation in approaches to undergraduate vocational guidance in the context of “Internet+”.The survey results showed that traditional approaches to undergraduate vocational guidance didn’t have good performance,and previous online recruitment methods had obvious defects in undergraduate employment.Therefore,innovation in approaches to vocational guidance in the context of “Internet+” is very necessary.Since long ago,the employment guidance path for Chinese college and university students has shown problems such as being outdated,monotonic and unsystematic,as well as lack of interactions,making the path unable to play the role of employment guidance.There are reasons including outdated teaching ideas on the subjective level,lack of software construction on the objective level,and background data deficiency.However,the appearance of “Internet+” has pointed out a new path for university and college student employment guidance: at first,taking into consideration relevant background knowledge,analyze effects of “Internet+” on undergraduate vocational guidance work.Establish and improve “Internet+” undergraduate vocational guidance courses,including “Internet+ Experience Teaching”,“Internet+ Micro-course”,“Internet+ Student Files”,“Internet+ Individual Education” and “Internet+ Innovation Education”;secondly,construct a provincial university employment information sharing database,contents of which should include interpretation of latest employment policies,recruitment information,analysis of employment situation,industry introduction,employment policies,recruitment information,analysis of employment situation,industry introduction,employment positions of previous graduates,and successful career cases of excellent graduates;thirdly,construct interactive occupational guidance websites and official occupational guidance We Chat platforms,take micro-blog as media,and develop undergraduate occupational guidance APPs,so as to construct an “Internet+” occupational guidance system;fourthly,specify work division basis of “Internet+” occupational guidance system,in order to choose occupational guidance media for specific purposes;at last,construct and improve an internet management mechanism to provide undergraduates with reliable,true and employment-related resources.
