The self-development of the teachers in the government-aided private school refers to the excellent professional qualifications and knowledge formed in the education practice or research,which help the teachers of the government-aided private school.As for the government-aided private school,it is an important role of the current education system.The self-development of the teachers in the government-aided private school not only enhance the strength of the government-aided private school,but also give access to the development of the students,which help the students solve all kinds of questions than they come across.The report is based on the papers research,using<questionnaire abou t the self-development of the teachers>to investigate the current state of t he teachers in the government-aided private school,government school an d the private school.Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnai re we found that there were many shortcomings among the teachers in the government-aided private school,besides the awareness of the self-development is too weak;The negative attitudes of some teachers is a consequence of the long-lasting ages of teaching and the lack of educatio n background;The distrust in the training of teaching and the lack of perti nence do harm to the self-development of the teachers;The teachers in the government-aided private school always face a much more complicated e xternal circumstances than their counterparts,which lead them have no en ough time to meet the needs of self-development.Given that problems that the teachers in the government-aided privat e school face,the research in this paper involves 4 solutions to the questio ns above:firstly,renew the concepts of the self-development of the teacher s and enhance the awareness of the self-development of the teachers;Seco ndly use the happiness of the profession leads the teachers to self-develop ment;Thirdly provide the teachers the training of teaching based the actua 1 needs;Fourthly create a better circumstances actively for the teachers to satisfy the needs of self-development.
