Material reproduction and population reproduction are the important foundation for human's development.A reasonable fertility rate is the key factor to the balanced development of population.China's total fertility rate has dropped from 5.81 in early 70s to 1.047 in 2015,far below the generational replacement level of 2.1.Fertility rate decrease was partly due to the 1970s one-child policy,and partly due to the development of economy,education popularization and education resources equalization during the reform and opening up.Women's education level rise,upper the family status when make birth decision.They have important influences on individual and families'marriage and birth.In the context of the gradual disappearance of the population bonus and the aging of the population,re deploy the fertility policy in China has an strategic meaning.In January 2016,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council promulgated the "on the implementation of universal two child policy reform and improve the decision",means that China has entered the two child policy era.It has been generally recognized by the academic that birth makes gender discrimination,the higher the education level,the career has more important role when make fertility decision.However,the fewer academic research on the impact of female employment on fertility,especially the fertility restraint by the gender discrimination.In the context of "two children" policy,how to coordinate and deal with the relationship between female employment and fertility,reduce gender discrimination in the labor market,maximization the "universal two-children" policy effect,in order to protect the health and sustainable development of population.This paper based on China general social survey(CGSS)micro data from year 2010 to 2013,calculates the female labor force participation rate,the level of separation and vertical separation index,and the construction period is affected by the women's fertility policy value,in order to study the relationship between fertility policy and female occupation discrimination.According to the empirical research on market equilibrium model and the Ologit model,mainly draws the following three conclusions.At first,women's education level is conducive to narrowing the gender income gap.The second,relaxed fertility policy increases the occupation sex vertical separation.The third,occupation gender vertical separation strengthen the women's fertility restraint.
