Childhood life education,as a lifelong development in the initial stage,plays a key role in the growth of children.Kindergarten life education is in line with the trend of pre-school education in China,in response to the social call for scientific education,and promoting the reform of kindergarten curriculum.In the "Twelve-Five" to"Thirteen-Five" period,the Jilin Province kindergarten life education research and teaching practice has been at the forefront of the country,and is named one of the two outstanding provinces by the National Life Education Working Committee.However,the research and development of life education in Yanji City is still at the initial stage.The teachers’ and parents’ understanding and attitude of the necessity,importance and significance of life education are not optimistic.And also the management of kindergarten life education is not very ideal,which means it needs further improvement.In view of this,the author conducts an investigation and study on the Yanji City public kindergarten life education management status,hoping to catch people’s attention to children’s life education.In this study,110 teachers and 110 children of young children in Yanji city were selected as the research subjects.And the methods of literature,questionnaire,observation,interview,and educational statistics are conducted to study the Yanji City public kindergarten life education management status and group differences from four management aspects of kindergarten life education,life education,life education system management,and life education resource management.The study,from the perspective of kindergarten management,analyzes management problems and their reasons of kindergarten life education,and it makes suggestions to promote the development of life education in kindergarten.The following conclusions are drawn from questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and interviews:1.The management status of the kindergarten life education is good,but the content management and the system management of the life education are poor.2.Different groups of kindergarten teachers vary in terms of life education management.3.In the process of kindergarten management,because of the lack of effective life education management system,the kindergarten principals do not understand the content of life education,and do not pay attention to the management of life education.Both the teacher quality of kindergarten and the teaching language of teachers are different,therefore,they are all the factors in impacting the effect of the kindergarten life education management.According to the research conclusion,I put forward the following suggestions:l.We need to establish effective kindergarten life education management system,and make the system under close supervision.We should focus on implementation,and go the distance.2.We must strengthen the responsibility consciousness of the kindergarten life education management,change management idea,and optimize management style.3.We should adopt the method of comprehensive training and support,and improve the life education qulity of preschool teachers.4.The kindergarten where Korean is the dominant language must try to make up for the deficiency of their own,broaden the learning platform,and strengthen the resources sharing.5.The kindergarten where Chinese is the dominant language should bring their own superiorty into full play,and strengthen the construction of the system to ensure the system implementation.
