The national plan for medium and long-term education reform and development (2010-2020) and the opinions of the State Council on current development of pre-school education (2010) the introduction and implementation of our country’s growing emphasis on pre-school education. Management of kindergarten education is the National Foundation for the development of education and the key of the preschool education management is the basic unit of management. Class is the basic part of the kindergarten, teachers and children the most basic activities of organization. Class management is to cultivate good habits, improve children’s personalities, key to help children’s learning experience. In a kindergarten class, the teacher is the organizer of the class management, children’s study guide.Yanji City, under the auspices of the national education plan for development of pre-school education in three-year action plan has achieved significant results. With the commissioning of new public kindergartens, Yanji City public kindergarten in recent 3 years total of 111 new teachers were recruited. So, vigorously promoting pre-school education at the same time, we should also be concerned about the quality of pre-school education. If the number is on the popular and quality has not kept up, for the very young, the parents and the community at large will not be much benefit. Kindergarten teachers for classes implementing effective management is directly related to children’s behaviour patterns, values, and knowledge and experience. We can thus see that kindergarten teacher’s classroom management paid great attention and concern. But for now, study on kindergarten teacher’s classroom management is still very small. Therefore, the study of kindergarten teacher’s classroom management issues, and to promote children’s all-round development, improve the quality of education is very important.Yanji City, based on the 6 public kindergartens for the study of 104 new teachers, from kindergarten class management, management concepts, management objectives, management, democratic management, character education, group activities, psychological optimization, coordination of home 8 conducted a questionnaire survey of new teachers. Results show that current public kindergarten teachers in the middle of class management in Yanji City, but also have significant educational, professional, teaching and grade differences.18-25 new teachers, seniority within 1 year new teacher and class the new teachers, new teachers, new teachers of secondary education in Music Department management level is relatively low. This paper argues that should increase new teachers’ideological consciousness and theoretical levels, improve kindergarten education refresher training class management system, with the teaching and research, and apprenticeship training and mentoring of, efforts to upgrade Yanji City public kindergarten teachers class management level.
