With the rapid development of global informationization,the modern education gradually steps into the science and information technology.Under this background,Micro Learning Resource shows great vitality and has been sought after by more and more scholars since it was born.Junior high school biology was brought into the junior high school entrance examination scope again,causing the intense attention from all sectors of the society with "about further push forward the reform of high school examination recruitment system guidance" issued by the ministry of education in 2016.The guidance also brought about a new round of thinking: How should we do to stimulate the students’ interest in learning and improve the efficiency of junior high school biology class.In order to solve this problem,the author tries to apply the Micro Learning Resource to the junior middle school biology teaching for exploring effective strategies to optimize the teaching methods,stimulate students’ interest in learning,and make some new attempts for the development of biology curriculum resources as well.The author interprets the current situation of Micro Learning Resource research both at home and abroad by literature method in this paper,understanding the relevant domestic and overseas research trends to provide theoretical and action support for this research.What’s more,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the learning situation of junior high school students in Biology to find out the problems in the biology study.The author also analyzes the feasibility of the Micro Learning Resource in the teaching of middle school biology,and makes the preparation for the pre-design and practice of the Micro Learning Resource,Finally,this paper uses the action research method,making the principles of Micro Learning Resource design and production process.Combined with the actual situation,the author bring the Micro Learning Resource specific application into the practice to get the effective feedback on the design and practice of Micro Learning Resource continuous reflection and improvement by the statistics of scores,overall ability and interest in biology learning with students in the experimental class.Based on the characteristics of junior high school biology,the author analyzes the uniqueness of Micro Learning Resource in junior middle school,and explores three representative kinds of Micro Learning Resource,core concepts Micro Learning Resource,experimental Micro Learning Resource,and skill training Micro Learning Resource.Combined with the actual teaching,the author finds that the Micro Learning Resource have played a positive role in students’ academic performance,overall ability and learning attitude after employing the Micro Learning Resource to junior high school biology teaching.The research shows that Micro Learning Resource,as a new type of teaching resources,can enhance the intuitive and interesting in teaching,and can enrich the teaching modes which is able to effectively improve the efficiency of junior high school classroom and student learning initiative.It is good for students’ inquiry ability and the cultivation of autonomous learning.
