Objective: Through the use of SPCS system for young shooting athletes biofeedback training test,to explore whether biofeedback training can improve the athlete emotional stability,attention,mental relaxation ability regulation,and influence of the shooting athletes.Methods:Select Xinxiang sports school shooting team,10 meters air rifle event,20 men athletes,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group A,experimental group B.Physiological use Beijing Haofeng Digital Technology Co.,independent research and development of coherent and selfbalancing system(Self-generate Physiological Coherence System SPCS),the experimental group athletes biofeedback training,heart rate variability(HRV),the test player selects the HRV TP value,VLF value,LF value,HF value,LF/HF value,M-HRT value,the SDNN and PNN50 values of 8 level two indexes of athletes HRV were analyzed,and the change of the athletes before and after training were analyzed.Results: Compared with the control group,the athletes in the experimental group HRV and the results of the following changes,1.The experimental group A athletes TP value was higher than the control group,no statistical difference,the experimental group B TP value was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).2.The VLF in experimental group A and B in experimental group were lower than that in control group,and the difference was significant(p<0.05).3.The LF value of athletes in experimental group A was higher than that in control group,and there was no statistical significance.The LF value of athletes in experimental group B was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant(p<0.05).4.After biofeedback training,the HF values of athletes in the two experimental groups were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was highly significant(P<0.01).5.Experimental group A athlete LF/HF value lower than the control group of athletes,the difference was significant(p<0.05);B in the experimental group athletes LF/HF value lower than the control group,no statistical significance;the experimental group athletes A LF/HF value is lower than the experimental group B athletes,the difference was significant(p< 0.05).6.There was no difference in M-HRT values between all athletes before and after biofeedback training.7.Experimental group A athletes SDNN value is higher than the control group of athletes,the difference was significant(p<0.05);B in the experimental group athletes SDNN value is higher than that of the control group of athletes,no statistical significance;the experimental group A athlete SDNN is higher than B in the experimental group,the difference was significant(p<0.05).8.After the experiment,the PNN50 values of the two experimental groups were slightly lower than that of the control group,and there was no statistical significance.Compared with the experimental group,the athletes’ PNN50 of the experimental group showed a downward trend.9.Experimental group athletes psychological scores A higher than that of the control group of athletes,the difference was significant(P<0.05);scores of athletes’ psychological coordination B in experimental group was higher than that in the control group of athletes,the difference was significant(p<0.01).10.Compared with biofeedback training before the match score of A in the experimental group athletes score increased,the difference was significant(p<0.05);B in the experimental group to improve athletic performance,highly significant difference(p<0.01);the control group of athletes after training performance improved,no statistical significance after training;A in the experimental group athletes score higher than the control group,the difference was significant(p<0.05),B in the experimental group athletes score higher than the control group,the difference was highly significant(p<0.01).Conclusion: 1 After the biofeedback training based on SPCS,the heart rate variability(HRV)of shooters increases,and their psychological relaxation ability is strengthened.2 After SPCS biofeedback training based on the reduced activity of the sympathetic nervous system to control the shooting athletes have consciousness,reduce the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system balance,and enhance the regulation ability of athletes on the autonomic nervous system.3 After the biofeedback training based on SPCS,the athlete’s ability to control the autonomic nervous system is enhanced,and that is to say,the shooters psychological stability is enhanced.4 Through the combination of biofeedback training and technical and tactical training,it is helpful to improve the performance of shooters.5 Improve the stress environment of biofeedback training,the effect of biofeedback training.
