| The common development of economy and science and technology will be gradually pushed to the top level of sports,athletes’ physical quality and the technical and tactical level of close,water polo is a skill to occupy the dominant position of the collective confrontational water sports,athletes in the arena of competition is very fierce,in this high competition environment under high intensity and psychological load before the quality of the athletes’ state of mind will largely directly determines the outcome of the game.In order to win the competition,athletes must not only have excellent physical qualities,a solid technical and tactical level,but also have excellent psychological quality.This research uses the SPCS monitoring and feedback combination evaluation,training three,the Chengdu Sport University of Water Polo Athletes biofeedback training for athletes,with monitoring of heart rate variability of the evaluation and feedback to explore biofeedback training on changes of Chengdu Sport University Water Polo Athletes heart rate variability trend and influence.Combined with the state of mind POMS periodic measurement of athletes,real-time monitoring of Water Polo Athletes,according to the POMS survey results to explore the effects of biofeedback training on mental state of athletes,to enhance water polo athletes training methods of psychological skills,provide psychological support for the Chengdu Sport University water polo athletes preparing for national games.This research mainly adopts the method of psychological experiment in Chengdu Sport University 15 water polo player for a period of 5 months of biofeedback training,3stages according to the degree of difficulty will be divided into experiment,respectively: simple difficulty,medium difficulty and high difficulty,through biofeedback training,compared with linear analysis method change on Athletes the heart rate variability index and trend,designed to investigate the effects of biofeedback training can improve the ability of athletes to master the psychological skill training and autonomic coordination,provides a set of easy operation of the relaxation training for athletes.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the effect of biofeedback training on athletes is not obvious.With the deepening of training process,training effect is gradually increasing.When training is carried out to the third stage,the training effect is most obvious after increasing the difficulty again.(2)under long-term biofeedback training,all indicators of Water Polo Athletes HRV have been improved,representing the increase of heart rate variability of athletes.Biofeedback training can improve athletes’ self-regulation ability and athletic performance to some extent.(3)biofeedback relaxation training can help athletes improve the balance of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves,effectively inhibit sympathetic nerve activity and enhance tension,effectively increase the heart rate variability of athletes,and enhance the psychological relaxation ability of athletes.(4)long term biofeedback training can effectively reduce the TMD value of Water Polo Athletes,and play an active role in the state of the athletes’ mood state. |
