A Study On The Employment Of Postgraduates In Track And Field In Beijing Sport University

The education of postgraduates is a higher level education in our country.The aim is to cultivate a large number of high-level talents to meet the needs of the society.However,with the popularity of education in China,the number of graduate students increased significantly,the postgraduates of sports is also part of this graduate team.Since 2009,the number of graduate students in China has increased year by year.With the substantial enrollment of graduate students,the number of graduate students has increased significantly,but the increase in social employment is far less than the number of graduate students each year.Of the accumulation,the phenomenon of oversupply,graduate employment situation is deteriorating.The employment situation of graduate students has a direct impact on the education and social and economic development of postgraduates in our country.Therefore,the employment problem of master's graduates has gradually become the focus of social attention,and full-time master's degree is one of the full-time master's degree Independent professional,so,full-time master's degree in sports employment will inevitably lead to high attention of colleges and universities and society.In view of the existing situation,this paper analyzes the employment of postgraduates by means of literature review,interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,which is based on the employment of postgraduates of education and postgraduates.Employment status,and then the Beijing University of Physical Education graduate students to analyze the employment situation,to further understand the Beijing University of Sports track and field of graduate students in the status quo.The conclusions are as follows:1,the current stage of our school track and field graduate employment situation is not too optimistic,many graduates of the job satisfaction is very poor,with their expectations of the expected difference is too far,this phenomenon with my school enrollment has a great Relationship.Graduate enrollment so that the market formed a contradiction between the people of the demand for oversupply,and now many colleges and universities on the employment of the degree requirements are set to Dr.,which is my school track and field graduate graduate employment impact is great,and finally led to our school track and field Direction graduate students can only choose the second choice for primary and secondary school employment.2,my school track and field direction graduate students in the job area and the choice of jobs are too concentrated,most of them choose a second-line developed city,and are hoping to enter the institutions of higher learning.And the requirements of the salary is also around 5000,from the track and field direction of our school graduate students on the job area,job and salary requirements we can easily see that our school track and field graduate graduate employment concept is too narrow,this concept is not conducive to smooth Employment.3,the track and field direction of the postgraduate professional courses of the content of the current curriculum to the main course of the main technical courses arranged less,and most of the contents of the theoretical course there are repetitive undergraduate courses,there are many specific courses without teaching materials.Should be the combination of theoretical courses and technical courses in view of the above issues in this paper put forward a number of corresponding development strategies: 1.Schools to improve the training mechanism;2.Reasonable set courses;3.Strengthen the employment guidance;4.Master graduate students to improve their overall quality;5.Standardize the behavior of the employer.
