| Educational equality is the basic right of every citizen in our country.At present,China’s education is not fair,especially the differences between urban and rural teachers,school conditions etc..Aging problems are serious in rural teachers,new teachers difficulties to supply the performance for structural vacancies and total overstaffed coexist.Special post teachers as the fresh blood supplement to the rural education teaching,are professional,knowledgeable and young,and they have a great effect on the curriculum reform,developing the special school,promoting school development,enhancing the image of school culture,cultivating individualized characteristics of the student’s character.Rural teachers have less professional development opportunities,teacher troop overall quality and individual life satisfaction are low,loss of excellent teachers,in the face of these problems,teachers,especially just graduated from college students to teach in rural areas,need to face what kind of situation challenge,whether can adapt to the job or not will directly affect their career development,personal growth and the quality of rural education,so special post teachers’ stability and retention problems are important particularly.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part has a basic overview of the related concepts of stability and stay of special post teachers,then makes a brief analysis of its necessity,so that makes us have a basic understanding of special post teachers’ stability and related issues;the second part is the research theoretical basis of the study;The third part of the study makes us understand the present situation of steady and stay through the questionnaire and interview survey that includes teaching conditions,living environment,mental states,different attitudes to related policies and to the positions after the expiration of their occupation;the fourth part is about four aspects including the teacher’s teaching competence,school environment factors,interpersonal relationship,personal development.analyzes the causes of the problems and provides some suggestions for solving the problems;the fifth part puts forward the corresponding suggestions to solve the problem of the teachers’ stay and steady.Personally think that the first step is to increase the teacher’s professional knowledge and professional ability training,secondly should gradually change the teaching and a multi subject division phenomenon.Thirdly,teachers’pay and living conditions are not satisfied,and the relevant departments should be paid attention to.Finally a reasonable solution to the expiration of the contract resettlement work,increase the sense of security of special post teachers.This study analyses the current situation and problems of the teachers in Tumen City deeply,reflects the teacher’s demand,and puts forward related suggestions. |
