| Extracurricular reading teaching is an important part of Chinese reading teaching.It not only can expand the knowledge,increase the reading quantity,improve the reading grade,but also cultivate the reading ability,teach the reading method,cultivate the students’ sentiment,let the students adapt to the knowledge economy,read the needs of society.Extracurricular reading teaching is a meticulous and cumbersome work,by the social,school,family and other factors,which requires the parties to perseverance and work together.Although unremittingly,the course of Chinese teaching reform,has repeatedly stressed the importance of reading in language learning,in practical teaching,the extracurricular reading is gradually incorporated into the routine teaching in the task,but the teaching efficiency is still low,there is no major change in the students’ overall reading level.On the one hand,because of the objective factors influencing the existence of extracurricular reading teaching,especially the lack of pre-preparation,the attitudes of different groups to extracurricular reading teaching are inconsistent.The school hardware facilities are not perfect,including the lack of a library or the lack of books in the library;lack of good reading atmosphere and the leader;the reading level of students is different and overall poor.On the other hand,because of the lack of professional quality of language teachers,leading to serious formalization of teaching,the performance of the students rarely read when reading;teachers lack of guidance on the reading of students;the results show too much attention to the form and ignore the content;lack of scientific and reasonable supervision and evaluation If these problems do not take timely measures to correct,extracurricular reading teaching will go into a greater misunderstanding.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to explore the effective teaching strategies,to solve the problems existing in the current extracurricular reading teaching,and to improve the teaching efficiency in the current situation of the junior middle school students’ extracurricular reading teaching.Want to improve the status of extracurricular reading teaching,improve teaching efficiency,teachers must face up to the problem,find out the reasons,the right medicine.First of all,for some of the objective factors that affect the teaching,teachers can be based on the actual situation,to mobilize the school,family,society,a variety of resources conducive to extracurricular reading teaching,such as library,bookstore and network,TV on reading related content,make full use of them to help teaching.Second,the students’ reading behavior to strengthen the guide to the extracurricular reading of the specific recommendations for the action guide to ensure that the choice of books grade,reading plan system is complete and feasible,the quality of extracurricular reading activities.Then,teachers should construct a teaching model suitable for students to learn,through the teaching of internal and external teaching,fixed class teaching,active teaching,to ensure the effective conduct of teaching.Finally,using the developmental evaluation methods to supervise and evaluate all aspects of the extracurricular reading teaching,then timely feedback teaching effect. |
