The degree of professional of teachers affects the quality of education;training is an important way of teachers' professional development.Countries actively carried out teacher training,in order to promote the professional development of preschool teachers,enhance their professional level and improve the quality of education.Under the background of the "National Training Plan" vigorously carried out,it has a strong practical significance and theoretical value to strengthen research on training effectiveness and discuss on the impact of training preschool teachers' professional development in depth.This article mainly adopts questionnaire,interview method and observation method.In XX University to hosted "National Training Plan"(2014)Replacement Off-job Workshop as an example to study.The trainees,kindergarten leadership,colleagues,training management,training teachers as the investigation object to understand the actual effect of current teacher training.Through the study found,trainees in the professional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability and other aspects have made progress and promotion after three months of study.The conclusions are as following,professional philosophy and ethics promotion effect was most obvious,professional knowledge to enhance the effect of row second,professional ability of the promotion effect was obvious.In the professional philosophy and ethics dimension,the ascension space was larger of terms of attitude and behavior of children care and education.In the professional knowledge dimension,the terms of early childhood development knowledge was the most obvious upgrade,general knowledge still needs to strengthen the training of learning.In the professional ability dimension,the term of the ability of environment establishment and utilization was the most obvious upgrade;compared with other abilities,the upgrade of the term of the ability of the design and implementation capacity of educational activities is not obvious.Also found it has obvious differences in teaching age of those trainees improve professional development through training effect,seniority in the 1-3 years of teacher training to enhance the degree of seniority was significantly higher than that in less than a year's teacher.Further to summarize training work,it has the following four suggestions: in accordance with the "Standard" scientific design training programs;enriching the content of training,and promote trainees comprehensive promotion;go sightseeing,expand student field of vision;training management science,tough love with mercy.At the same time found the deficiency in the training work: part of the demand of training students was not satisfied;the selections of the students need to strengthen management;the "shadow of teachers" professional quality to be improved.Combined with questionnaire,interviews and observation method to study the impact of training effectiveness factors associated with found: the content of the courses and management of training influence to the promotion of professional philosophy and ethics;supported by the kindergarten and the content of the courses influence to the promotion of professional knowledge;supported by the kindergarten,the content of the courses and learning effects on the professional ability to enhance the impact of a larger.In addition,training motivation,training preparation,late follow-up visits and other factors significantly affect training effectiveness.Finally,combined with the actual demand of teachers,put forward the following suggestions to improve the training effect,and promote the professional growth of preschool teachers.Preschool teachers should improve their professional identity,cherish training opportunities,and pay attention to the use of the training learned in practice;training units should strengthen the training qualification work to ensure the homogeneity of the participants;do good job of training needs research,mobilize the enthusiasm of student learning;combined with adult learning theory,scientifically designed training programs;adhere to the principles of practice to problems;emphasis on situational teaching,outstanding student subjectivity;strengthening instructor selection,quality assurance with the gang practice;continue late follow-up visits to ensure the long-term effectiveness of training;kindergarten areas should be strengthened training support system,encouraging the conversion results of training;value collaboration colleagues,to improve the working environment;make full use of research resources,strengthen technical support.
