With the Physical Education(PE)is increasingly aroused concern and attention,there come three urgent issues to be solved for we PE teachers in universities: how to improve students’ technique level within limited classes,to stimulate students’ proactivity of taking physical exercise and promote students’ comprehensive ability.This paper takes 2015 th students who are having volleyball elective course of Gansu MedicalCollege as experimental and controlled object,forearm pass of volleyball as content,to make a class performance comparison through a empirical research which used PBL aided teaching.The paper is carried out by using methods of document-data,questionnaire,interview,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,which analyzes three influence of PBL aided teaching taking on the knowledge and technical level of ball-digging,improvement of students’ comprehensive quality and teachers’ function as well as the change of roles.The research provides reference and basis for both improvement of medical students’ volleyball teaching effectiveness and reform on PE teaching method.The experimental results show that the teaching performance in experimental class is better than that in controlled class when PBL teaching method and traditional PE teaching method are dynamically combined in PE elective course education of medical college.The teaching process strengthens students’ concentration when taking exercise,enhances the mutual exchanges between students and teachers,as well as students,which result in effective improvement on students’ self-learning ability and cultivate capabilities of recognizing,analyzing and reflecting problems.All these abilities and awareness play a positive role in promoting students learning initiative,fully stimulate students’ desire and enthusiasm,greatly build their self-confidence.In the class,a warm atmosphere of team collaboration,mutual help and learning is created,which inspire each member’s collective sense of honor and individual intelligence within the group.All the students do their best to achieve the common objective through communication,mutual learning,encouragement and guidance.The research helps students to effectively combine theoretical knowledge with practical exercises,promotes them to grasp movements technical,improves students’ ability to examine and supply theory through feedback and guidance.Besides,this paper promotes students’ understanding on relevant professional knowledge by combing knowledge about anatomy and physiology,sports and medical knowledge.
