The 21st century is an era with rapid development of talents.Faced with more and more fierce competitions and challenges at home and abroad,the society are much in need of talents of high quality,with comprehensive physical and mental development,innovative thinking and independent learning ability.As one of the important parts of iniversity sports education,volleyball teaching shoulders the important mission of improving the physical and mental health of university students.However,the current volleyball teaching process is still executed with the traditional teaching concept,which ignores the objective laws of students’ cognition process,considers the students as the"ducks" to be feeded,rigidly inject theoretical knowledge to students without any changes.The fixed pattern of repeated demonstration and correction of students’ practice has restricted the initiative and democracy of students.As a result,the phenomenon that students feel boring about the volleyball class and hate but still attend the class because of the grade point can exist commonly,which has led to the decrease of teaching effect and failure of teaching object and shall be not conducive to the development of students’ physical and mental quality and the cultivation of autonomous learning ability.In order to cultivate the talents that can meet the requirements of society,it has been the most urgent need to reform the backward teaching methods and change the old teaching ideas in the teaching of volleyball class in university sports.Through the procedures of "self-study,answering questions,explaination in details and practice",the research applies the directive learning teaching method to the volleyball selective course in the university sports of Yanbian University,and analyzes the influence of the teaching pattern on the students’ mastering of volleyball dig pass technology and interest in learning volleyball,which can be divided into two parts:First,all students are divided into the experiment group and control group according to their class time on Thursday and Friday.The researcher has investigated the original volleyball dig pass technique and learning interest of students through test and validated the homogeneity of two groups.Second,in the teaching process,the teachers will use the directive learning teaching method to teach students in the experimental group and use the traditional teaching method to teach students in the control group.After the completion of classes for a semester,the researcher makes another investigation to students about their volleyball dig pass techniques and learning interests.At last,through the data statistics,analysis and comparison of the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment,the researcher can draw the conclusions as below.1.Teaching method to improve students’ volleyball technology,better accomplish the teaching goal,improve teaching effect.2.Learning guided teaching method has improved students’ interest in Volleyball learning,stimulated their intrinsic motivation,and students have become interested in volleyball,thus creating a good learning environment for college sports volleyball lessons.3.Teaching method can improve students’ interest in learning volleyball indirectly in their spare time,make the students consciously into volleyball,imperceptibly to cultivate the students’consciousness of physical exercise and lifelong physical education to cultivate students better.
