| Picture Book reading is an important part of early reading,is also an important way to cultivate children’s early reading ability,and is self-evident importance to children.Parents and kindergartens pay more attention to this issue,and there are more relevant research.But in the selection of Picture Book,most of the existing research is starting from adults,to find parents、preschool teachers how to choose Picture Book for children,so the researches based on children’s perspective are very less.The study mainly adopts the methods of literature method、 questionnaire survey、interview and other methods,analyzing the 3-6 years old children preference in Picture Book type preference、reading factor preference,attempting to reveal the regularity and characteristics of3-6 years old children’s Picture Book preference.According to the results,in Picture Book type preference:first,3-6 years old children’s Picture Book preference are story plot、popular science knowledge、cartoon animation.Second,there are no significant difference in age about Picture Book type preference.Third,the types of Picture Book of different gender children’s preference have significant differences,in which male children prefer to popular science cognitive,the female children prefer the plot.About preference factors: first,the main factors affecting children’s Picture Book preference are main image、emotional experience、theme、plot,etc.Second,the specific influence factors of Picture Book of different age are not significant.Third,the specific impact factors of different gender children’s Picture Books are significant,in which male children prefer the "humor" and the plot " twists and turns ",the female children preferthe main image " character image" and the theme " close to the children’s life".Recommendations: first,parents should understand the characteristics of children’s Picture Book,and to purchase Picture Books for their children correctly;Second,preschool teachers should allocate class Picture Books based on children’s Picture Books preference. |
