The history of university students' mental health is relatively short.The research areas include environmental adaptation problems,learning problems,interpersonal relationships,emotional problems,love psychology,sexual psychology and other aspects.But even in the university,the classroom is still the students and teachers occupy the most time of the place,so the university classroom teaching process of various factors is the psychological impact of the reasons for students.However,the research on the influence of college classroom teaching on the students' mental health is rare.It is based on this point that this research is devoted from the perspective of classroom teaching and the combination of empirical and theoretical methods to develop multi-factor qualitative and Quantitative comprehensive study.This study is divided into three parts,the first part of the study is the preparation of scientific research "university classroom teaching students influence the mental health of the questionnaire".The questionnaires of scientific research were compiled by questionnaire,individual interview,exploratory factor analysis,reliability test and confirmatory factor analysis,and the factors influencing undergraduates' mental health in university classroom teaching were obtained.And sort these factors according to the size of the impact.The second part of the study of four universities in the freshman to senior students of 500 as the object of investigation.The mental health status of college students was analyzed by the "Symptom Checklist",and the mental health status of universuty students was analyzed.The status of university students' mental health and genders,ages,universities,grades,specialties,achievements,family structures,family economic levels,family relationships,parental education and the differences in the dimensions of the parental professions.The third part is the six factors that affect students' mental health and the related research on the mental health of students in university classroom teaching.Using the self-made "Questionnaire of The factors of university classroomteaching affect the students' psychological health ",the six influencing factors and the second part of the mental health of college students from the 10 psychological regression analysis and correlation analysis,revealed the six major effects there is a correlation between factors and mental health.And then further analysis of the respective items in the questionnaire and the mental health problems of the university students.Finally,through statistical analysis,it is concluded that these factors have different effects on genders,ages,universities,grades,specialties,achievements,family structures,family economic levels,family relationships,parental education,parental professions and mental health there are differences in these dimensions.Conclusions:(1)The factors that affect the unversity students' mental health in the classroom teaching are in accordance with the variance contribution rate:teaching methods,teachers' personal factors and relationship between teachers and students,students personal factors,classroom environment,course content and teaching materials and mobile phone.As follows:12.67%,11.54%,10.21%,7.24%,6.16%,4.46%.Therefore,the university educators in the classroom teaching should pay attention to from the above six aspects to reduce or eliminate the adverse effects of mental health factors.(2)The overall mental health of university students is not optimistic,the mental health of contemporary college students is more serious than before.440 students in at least one psychological symptoms of the number of students is 218,the detection rate of 49.55%,survey of university students almost half of people have at least one psychological symptoms;total score of more than 160 points for 135 people,the total number of Of the 30.68%.Mental health problems of university students mainly for obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety.The mental health problems of unversity students are different in grades,genders,family relationships and family economic levels.Therefore,the educators in universities should focus on strengthening the mental health education of students in these aspects according to the situation of different students.(3)There are significant gender differences,grade differences,differences in grade groups,differences in family structure,differences in family economic level,(4)family relationship and mother's academic differences between the six factors on the mental health of students.And the six factors on their own different levels of mental health of the impact of the size of the students there are differences.This fully illustrates the factors that affect the mental health of students is more complex,the impact of different groups of students are not the same degree.This suggests that we should be based on the students' relevant learning and life background more targeted in the classroom teaching of mental health education.(5)There are some correlations between the classroom teaching factors and the mental health of the students.Six factors do have important influence on the mental health of the students,and the mental health problems have different classroom teaching influencing factors.This suggests that the majority of university educators in the classroom teaching should be targeted to carry out mental health education.And on this basis to explore in depth,combined with the current reform of higher education in university classroom teaching to maintain or promote students' mental health countermeasures.
