Research On The Issues And Countermeasures Of The Psychological Healthy Education Of Colleges And Universities

College students are a young group full of vigorous,upper intellectuals and lofty ideals.In this current era of science and technology are developed rapidly,the innovation of science and technology leading our society forward and the country great,the college students take up the heavy responsibility.Other hand to say their psychology problems have been came into being are prices that because of they want succeed,and they want to make a contribution to this society.That is to say the college students is the hope of our country and the future of our nation,our country needs the preeminent students for the socialist construction.But with the developments getting faster,more and more college students on the way of growth may occurs different perplexity,the light one may influence the daily life and studies of the undergraduate students,the serious may cause a mental illness,even mental disorders,that is what we never want to see its happen.Therefore,universities to cultivate college students to become the backbone of our country,we can not just only to teach knowledge,but also put the psychological health education of college students as a key part.In order to make the college students study and grow up in the campus be better with a healthy body and mind,the students themselves,the psychological teachers and the faculty of our university should make arduous efforts.This article from the following of three aspects to research the college students'psychological health problem of current situation in our university:The first part:the article is to research the current college students' psychological health education comprehensively.specifically about the goal,content,principles,ways,methods,etc,and also research on college students' psychological health issues and their forming reasons.The second part:according to the full time undergraduate students of xi 'an polytechnic university as the research object,use the self-made questionnaire to investigate 1000 college students,and then accomplished the later period recycling by using SPSS data processing software.The writer grasp the current situation of few psychological health issues of our college students,respectively the main issues of learning,networking,interpersonal relationships,romantic relationships,emotional stability and the employment pressure problems,the author processed the sufficient investigation and thorough analysis,concluded some specific issues in related part of undergraduate students in our college.This research mainly uses the methods of literature review,investigation method,comprehensive analysis method,the method of theory research and discussion.The third part:According to the full time undergraduate students of xi 'an polytechnic university as the research object,due to the result of statistical analysis,the author put several corresponding suggestions forward.Focusing on the learning problems,the Internet problems,the relationship problems in dormitory,the romantic relationship problems,the psychological annoyance problems and the employment problems,and put forward the corresponding suggestions or give specific solutions to this six main problems,base on the reality of our college psychology health education work,it has strong maneuverability,and expected enhancing the level of psychology health education further in our college work after take the advice,and enhance our college students' psychology health further.
