Research On The Occupational Stress’s Status Quo Of Young Faculties

In recent years,along with the social environmental change and deepen the reform of higher education,college teachers of the quickening pace of work,occupational stress problem is becoming more common,more young faculty become the high-risk groups of under pressure.They need to undertake teaching,scientific research double high pressure at the same time,face and solve such as responsibility.They faced the problem of getting married give birth to a baby,even other important matters in life,because of the influence of internal and external environment of multiple,greatly increased the pressure source of young university teachers,overloaded pressure not only affect the physical and mental health of young teachers,can also affect the teacher team construction and higher education of talent training quality improvement.This article selects the Beijing S university young teachers as the research object,through the questionnaire and interview and analysis combined with the text analysis,understand the pressure source of young teachers in colleges and universities and college S stress management of the status quo,so as to alleviate the pressure of the young teachers in colleges and universities are put forward Suggestions and countermeasures.
