In order to speed up the development of rural basic education and adapt to the new trend of education,teachers of rural primary schools need to continuously update education ideals and improve in several aspects such as knowledge storage,teaching method and teaching capacity,etc.This requires teachers to obtain re-education continuously and search for a way for development.School-based training as a method of teachers’ continuous education,is conducted for the school,based at school and organized at school has adapted to the requirements of new curriculum reform in basic education and has made substantial effects in the practices of basic education.However,rural primary schools are affected by limited material supplies,concept and habit,etc.so the implementation of school-based training in rural primary schools is quite difficult.Therefore,this thesis mainly focuses on the strategies of effective implementation of school-based training in rural primary schools.The research methods adopted in this study are questionnaire and interview method.Firstly,context analysis was used to sum up and card the factors of school-based training and the factors include: training subject,training content,training method,training resources and training system.Then a questionnaire was made based on the basic dimensions of the five factors and distributed to the total 83 teachers in X primary school to survey about the school-based situation in X school.Meanwhile,interviews were carried out to 2 officials type and 8 teachers to get the problems,reasons and solutions of school-based training in X primary school.Through the carding and analysis of research results,the following conclusions were summed up: from the aspect of experiences,firstly,for the main subject,schools have to pay attention the development needs of teachers and change their concepts through propaganda and education so that the teachers’ support can be seized.Secondly,from the aspect of content,systematical study needs to be conducted focusing on teaching and gradually shifts to project study.From the aspect of method,apart from the regular teacher personnel training and collective training,X primary school also encourages teachers to go out and learn advanced thoughts.From the aspect of resources,the school includes training fund into its budget and provide specific training area and multi-media equipments.Lastly,from the aspect of system,the school makes full use of national policy support and seized the opportunity of the provincial competition in model training school,implemented school-based training broadly and established complete school-based training system which guaranteed the implementation of school-based trainings.However,certain problems were gradually found through the two years implementation of school-based training in X school.For example,There is insufficient supervision from the upper level education department,the delay of training fund and the insufficient technical guidance.There’s not enough time and energy for school teachers to participate in school-based training and the teachers are not satisfied with the low participation of school leaders.So,The effective implementation of school-based training in rural primary schools include: Create good school-based training atmosphereneeds,increase school-based training resources input,attach importance to science of school-based training content,promote school-based training methods diversification,ascertain school-based training professional guidance,enhancement school-based training ability and consummate school-based training system construction.
