The opera is a comprehensive art with many types and categories.So it is not an easy task whether to summarize its development vertically or to describe the classic opera works orientally.Creating an opera requires relevant knowledge about history,literature,drama,music,choreography and so on.Among these important elements,drama and music are the most basic and also the most important.In the opera performance,the image of the singer plays a vital role in the success of the opera.Some of the characters such as language,physical movements,behavior and other details will affect the shaping of the role.This article mainly expresses its opinions from the dramatic performance,the expression of emotion and the role in music education these three perspectives.The first chapter introduces the life of Gulak Alchmovsky,the composer of the duet selection "where you get back" and the creative background of the opera "The Saporuo people on the other side of the Danube" where the duet selection is excerpted and its story content;The second chapter introduces the analysis of the music text,the duet selection "where you roll back".It analyzes the characters and the emotional control in the singing process through the song structure,lyrics content and expression terms;The third chapter introduces the practical significance of this work's performance in the music education,the practical significance of the singing forms and the piano accompaniment in teaching and the cultivation of stage expressive ability in teaching.The conclusion makes a summary about the significance the expression of emotions and the performance skills have in the duet selection in teaching.
