The Research On The Mental Health And The Social Work Intervention Of The Account Managers In Commercial Banks

In recent years,the macroeconomic environment of China has changed sharply,"shortage of assets" became of a serious problem,especially in economic recession period.The more and more obvious trend of Interest rate marketization and financial disintermediation,fast developing financial technology,cut-throat interbank competition blustery,all of those exerted great pressure on Chinese banks.In face of complex and difficult external environment,all banks have been adjusted strategies,actively carried out investigation and learned inward skills,even required employers to work more than 10 hours a day,continuously asked higher working standards and stricter personnel performance.In such circumstances,customer managers are usually burdened with excessive work targets and tasks,which in actually led to communication problems in customer marketing activities.That is the prime culprit of psychological problems such as stress,job burnout,and energy depletion.This dissertation focuses on customer managers of S bank in Shenzhen.Through studying 200 copies of questionnaires and 5 case interview,we found that there are widespread psychological problems,such as dysphoria,confusion,mental stress,negative emotions,interpersonal tensions,among customer manager group.On the basis,we carried out corresponding team work lasting for two months,in order to improve customer managers' emotion management ability and mental health state.Through lunch campaign,“members of you and me,different groups of mstching game,move up together,interpersonal battlefield,guidance learning,harvest touching,reset sailing”,we had enhanced the communication ability of members,eased their inner pressure,and enhanced the interpersonal initiative,cooperation and coordination ability,nurture collective sense of belonging.
