Innovation is an important way to enhance national competitiveness.Collaborative innovation has become an inevitable choice for many countries to implement innovation and development strategies.Collaborative innovation between Universities and Industries is one of the most common forms,as an effective way of rational resources allocation to promote the knowledge transfer and innovation,has become a key breakthrough in the national innovation system and the important focus of enhancing national innovation capacity.At present,the domestic and foreign scholars have carried on the massive research and the practice on the knowledge transfer in the process of Universities-Industries collaborative innovation,among them,the majority achievement still studies the Static mechanism about Universities-Industries collaborative innovation and knowledge transfer phenomena,such as the connotation,organizational model,and innovation performance.However,collaborative innovation is a complex process,and its collaborative context changes with the change of the collaborative relationship between universities and industries.In different situations,enterprises need to adopt different knowledge transfer strategies.Therefore,this paper has both a theoretical and practical significance to study the knowledge transfer in the process of Universities-Industries collaborative innovation with the combination of process characteristics and situation characteristics.By exploring the impact factors and dynamic operating mechanism of knowledge transfer at different stages of Universities-Industries collaborative innovation,the paper provides more specific and effective management suggestions for colleges and enterprises from the different stages of Universities-Industries collaborative innovation.First of all,this paper describes the research background and significance of the knowledge transfer in the process of Universities-Industries collaborative innovation summarizes the present research achievements and analyzes the characteristics of knowledge transfer.From the static view,this paper mainly analyzed its content,motivation and obstacles.From the Dynamic view,on the other hand,this paper analysis the process of knowledge transfer of Universities-industries collaborative innovation.On the other hand,the evolution process of Universities-Industries collaborative innovation is divided into three stages: target collaboration stage,organizational collaboration stage and strategic collaboration stage.Correspondingly,knowledge transfer process in the three stages divides into technology knowledgetransfer,system knowledge transfer and strategic knowledge transfer,and analyzes the characteristics of knowledge transfer at each stage.Secondly,from the three stages of collaborative innovation and knowledge transfer,the key influencing factors of knowledge transfer in each stage are extracted,and the external environment factors are added to construct the theoretical model of knowledge transfer influencing factors in the process of collaborative innovation.The research hypothesis is put forward,the measurement scale is worked out,the empirical data are obtained by means of questionnaires,exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling are used to analyze the data,and the relevant hypotheses are tested empirically.Thirdly,a quantitative model of dynamic mechanism of knowledge transfer in the process of Universities-Industries collaborative innovation is established to reveal the long-term evolution.First of all,the causal relationship diagram of knowledge transfer in the process of Universities-Industries collaborative innovation was constructed,and then this paper constructs the system flow diagram,the relationship between variables based on the empirical results.Finally,the model is simulated by Vensim platform and the model conducted sensitivity analysis on the key influence factor.Finally,combined with the research results and actual situation of Universities-Industries collaborative innovation,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the knowledge innovation in the process of Universities-Industries collaborative innovation to provide practice guidance for universities and industries to some extent.
