The Research On Resolving Community Conflicts By Social Work

The problem "community contradictions" is more and more received the attention by government and social in recent years.And with the changing of economic system,social management mode and social system,the features of community contradictions are presented in big number of people involved,complex appeal,powerful influence,aftermath can be serious,hard to solve,etc.In the process of dealing with community contradictions,China is commonly adopting legal,administrative and community mediation means,the legal and administrative measures also have excellent contributions for safeguarding fairness and justice and defending the legitimate rights of mass but little tough and with complex process.The weakness of legal and administrative means can fully make up till community mediation get involved,but the effectiveness that community mediation should have is not being display.On the one hand,it is due to the community work still remands some political undertones.,on the other hand is because there’s lot work but not enough human resource,and also lack of hardware and software.With the social work agencies sprung up and they as the major subject of community mediation.The social work agency take part in handling community contradictions is equal to open a new window for solving community contradictions,and in the process of the social worker participate in community contradictions adjustment,which can effectively display the fairness and justice of the third party in solving community contradictions,with professional values of social work to create a solving environment of fixable and comfortable,also by the professional methods of social work to improve the processing efficiency,to adjust the spirit and behavior of the contradiction subject before and after the contradiction,using the method of"teach how to fish" to help the contradiction subject having a "self-help".Meanwhile,social workers could serve as organizer or guide for part of group contradiction to make the team aim clear,and to standardize team behavior.With a way which is more stable and more available for making community residents having a harmonious life to solve the contradiction,protecting the profit of community group.This text is composed of four parts:Part 1,introduction.In this part,focus will be attached to elaborating on addressing writing task in terms of background,significance,purpose,research status home and abroad,and research method.Part 2,the classification of community conflicts in the X District and the status quo in resolution.Elaboration will be made on the features of the existing community conflicts in the X District,the reasons why they’re difficult to be resolved,and the limitation of the mainstream solutions for those conflicts,by classifying and analyzing the community conflicts in the X District.Part 3,the feasibility of resolving the community conflicts through social work.The process of resolving the typical community conflicts in the X District will be taken as the starting point,to analyze the correct viewpoint on social work,the formula of social work,and the feasibility of resolving the community conflicts,and to elaborate on when and how the social work intervenes in the process of resolving those conflicts.Experience of resolving the community conflicts by social work in parts of the country will be systemized,in order to find out the existing problems of resolving community conflicts by social work.Part 4,the program to improve the solution to community conflicts through social work.In this part,the solutions to the previously-mentioned problems will be proposed in terms of program building,organization constructing,and staff employing.The purpose is improve the capability of the social work to resolve the community conflicts.The economy of the X District of Hefei City has been developed rapidly in recent years,and in this area,the turnover of working people is high,the composition of the residents is complicated,and there is a large number of land demolition projects.Under the influence of various factors,the community conflicts of the District has acquired the typical features of diversity and complexity.In the X District,there is a accent on utilizing the community resources to solve community conflicts,which is the basic viewpoint and method on how to resolve various kinds of community conflicts,and plays a positive and efficient role in resolving the existing-for-long-time conflicts in the District.
