Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Young Teachers' Ideological And Political Work In Southern Xinjiang College

The fate of a nation is closely tied to the education and the success of education lieson the shoulders of the teachers.Higher institutions are the main positions of broadcasting scientific and cultural knowledge,Training high quality talents and providing qualified personnel for the Socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.On the session of the national ideological and political work in colleges anduniversities held on December 8,2016 in Beijing,Comrade Xi Jinping stressed “the ideological and political work should be carried through the whole process of education teaching.We should guide teachers and students to be the firm believer,active communicator and model practitioner of the core values of Chinese socialism”.As the hope of College teachers team in Southern Xinjiang,young teachers are the new force of promoting the development of education.Facing with the complex social environment in southern Xinjiang,it's important to strengthen southern Xinjiang college teachers' ideological and political work and successfully build a “four good” teachers team with Xinjiang characteristics,which matters the development of teacher themselves and southen Xinjiang's education,and matters the social stability and long-term stability of southern Xinjiang.Based on the problem-oriented principle which means identifying and solving the problem,this paper used various methods such as interview,questionnaire and the experience of political study to find the inadequacies of the ideological and political work in southern Xinjiang college,and explore the countermeasures to strengthen and improve the young teachers' ideological and political work in southern Xinjiang college.The first part is the introduction.It mainly related to the background and significance of the thesis,research review,and the main emphasis,difficulties and deficiencies of the research.The second part is an overview of the young teachers' ideological and political work in southern Xinjiang college.It expounded the basic goal of the teachers' ideological and political work in southern Xinjiang college,namely,develop the “four good” teachers with Xinjiang characteristics.On this basis,this paper also incorporates the practice in southern Xinjiang to state respectively the young teachers possessed with multinational character,high level qualifications and full of energy.In order to be more theoretical and profound,after deeply study and findingrelevant theoretical supporting materials,this thesis summarized theoretical basis of ideological and political work as a basis for further studies.The third part is the data analysis of empirical research.Kashgar University is situated at the motherland northwest border region.The ethnic diversity,cultural multiplicity and the area particularity determine the important role of Kashgar University.Kashgar University was chosen as the participants where the author is studying,then the author investigate the young teachers' ideological and political work.In this part,the current achievements in the young teachers' ideological and political work was analyzed firstly,such as with firm political stand,good morals quality,maintaining national unity,strengthening ethnic solidarity,combating national splittism and supporting the leadership of the party;at the same time,this part identified the inadequacies existed in the ideological and political work.On this basis,the reasons contributing to the problems such as southern Xinjiang complex social environment and the young teachers were analyzed deeply.The forth part is the emphasis of the paper.Combining with the above research,this part put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions about how to improve the young teachers' ideological and political work in southern Xinjiang college.These included five aspects as follows:the principles of improving the young teachers' ideological and political work in southern Xinjiang college,enriching the content of ideological and political work,broaden educational channels,forming ideological and political work,improving the operational mechanism of ideological and political work.In this part,in order to have more regional characteristics,this paper aimed to expound the aspect of the topics education of deeply develop“four good” teachers with reality.
