Research On Strengthening Education Loyalty Path Of Young Teachers In Colleges And Universities In Southern Xinjiang

Coleges and universities are the main front of cultivating talents,developing science and technology,spreading knowledge and serving the society.Young teachers are the main force for the development of coleges and universities in southern xinjiang.To strengthen the loyalty of young teachers in education and build a team of "four good" teachers with xinjiang characteristics is conducive to the improvement of teachers’ own quality and the booming development of higher education in southern xinjiang.Meanwhile,it is also conducive to promoting social stability and long-term peace and stability in xinjiang.Based on the problem orientation,this paper finds out the problems in the loyalty of young teachers in coleges and universities in southern xinjiang by means of questionnaire,interview and personal experience of political learning,and puts forward the cultivation path.This paper consists of four chapters.The introduction part introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the research status at home and abroad,research methods,innovation points and shortcomings in detail.The first chapter is an overview of issues related to the education loyalty of young teachers in colleges and universities in southern xinjiang.This part has made the related elaboration to the main concept,summarized the southern xinjiang university young teacher’s characteristic as well as the education loyal category.The second chapter discusses the importance and necessity of strengthening the loyalty of young teachers in coleges and universities in southern xinjiang.The third chapter is the investigation of the current situation and cause analysis of the young teachers’ education loyalty in colleges and universities in southern xinjiang.Through the investigation of the development of young teachers in coleges and universities in southern xinjiang,this paper finds out the advantages of young teachers in coleges and universities in southern xinjiang,but there are some shortcomings,and analyzes the problems.The fourth chapter builds the soul of loyalty for the education of young teachers in colleges and universities in southern xinjiang.First,establish "four self-confidence" firmly and strengthen the political loyalty of young teachers;Second,to further strengthen ideological education and strengthen the ideological loyalty of young teachers;Third,we should practice the socialist core values and consolidate the professional moral loyalty of young teachers.Fourth,use scientific rules and regulations to stimulate the enthusiasm of young teachers.The conclusion part summarizes the whole paper.
