Objective: There are some theses of different intensities affecting energy expenditure and substrate metabolism in common environment.The purpose of the study is to study the influence of hot and varieties of humidity to substrate metabolism,in order to help people to workout,losing the weight as well as competing.Methods: 10 adult males as self-control exposure 20 min on the treadmill in the hot and dry,hot,hot and humid environment at the workload of resting and 65%VO2max;The gag analyzers is the mean to calculate the expenditure of energy,in order that we can analyze the traits of substrate metabolism in different humidity.Results: 1.At the workload of resting,compared with humid environment,the expenditure of glucose were decreased significantly(P<0.01),the expenditure of fat were higher significantly(P<0.01),and the total energy expenditure were not higher significantly in the hot environment;compared with the hot environment,the expenditure of glucose were higher significantly(P<0.01),the expenditure of fat were decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the total energy expenditure were higher significantly(P<0.01)in the hot and dry environment;compared with humid environment,the expenditure of fat were higher(P<0.05),but there are on significant difference in the expenditure of glucose,and the total energy expenditure were higher(P<0.05)in the hot and dry environment.2.At the workload of 65%VO2max,compared with humid environment,there are no significant difference in the expenditure of glucose,fat and total energy of the hot environment;Compared with humid environment,although the expenditure of glucose were decreased,fat increased,and the total energy increased,all of three has no significant difference in the hot environment;compared with the hot environment,the expenditure of glucose were decreased(P<0.05),the expenditure of fat were not significant difference,and the total energy expenditure were decreased(P<0.05)in the hot and dry environment.Conclusions: At the workload of resting,under the different humidity,it is tend to demand the most energy expenditure in the hot and dry environment,and the hot environment is more beneficial to oxidize the fatty;At the workload of 65%VO2max,the most energy expenditure is to be demanded,and the consumption of glucose is the highest in the hot environment.
