With the rapid development of Vocational College in recently years,it has become the indispensable part of the higher education.As a brand new strength,higher vocational education has provided many practical talents with multi-skills for all kinds of industries.Meanwhile,it also brings problems such as: late start,weak foundation,less management experience and limited human resource etc.Especially for the problem of severe turnover of the administrative staff in the higher vocational college,which has limited the development of higher vocational college and became the urgent topic for the higher vocational college to solve.The article starts from the basic theory of staff turnover,based on the research on the theory system and model of staff turnover at home and abroad,then generally analyzes the overall management of Higher Vocational College nationwide and typical characters of administrative positions,makes the deep investigation in the actual situation of administrative staff turnover in MC Vocational College with the implementation of turnover questionnaire survey,works out a set of practicable retention strategy for MC Vocational College to stimulate the staff's initiative,enthusiasm,creativity and responsibility and reduce staff turnover based on the detailed analysis and diagnoses from the factors of society,college and personal.This paper mainly adopts the method of combination of theory and practice,Instructs the practice with the theory,which in return examines and develops the theory.At the same time utilizes the results of the paper to verify the effectiveness of staff retention,carries on the unceasing dynamic adjustment to the human management system in the practice to make it more conform to MC Vocational College actual situation and to accelerate the development of MC Vocational College.
