We can be accustomed to believe that question plays a crucial role in many ways.Questions from the teacher in class might expand the thought of students here,especially accumulating unique and efficient.In a way,the special mode could meet the need of the students' confidence and lead them for innovation and imagination.An excellent question from the teacher is a shortcut to remember and an encouragement to study.So it is.Rather than thinking,we should pay more attention to put it into practice.Focusing on the specific of the Tibetan Math,geographic setting and the junior high student's psychology,the article is going on with the teaching completion videos and analyzing the class teaching.After appreciating some videos and some classes that teachers and students question each other,we can analyze the approval way in class,be based on it and research some efficient ways in Tibetan Mathematics class.There are three parts of this article.They are introduction,main text and conclusion.Investigating and thinking over some phenomenon bout question in Tibetan Math in two Tibetan junior high schools of Gannan Zang zhizhou called "H" and "S",I have grasped some fundamental circumstances.Also,I have taken part in some activities such as the double languages classes of Gansu province and some other math teachers'.I have found so many weaknesses in Tibetan Mathematics class,compared with some researches.For example,the first one is that the question from the teacher is much more easy or difficult.Next is that the way of question is frigid and the chance of answering is unfair.Aiming at the arising problems,the article has put forward some consequential strategies about improving the efficient question in junior high schools of Tibetan Math.They are well controlled '"Five Signs",adequately changing the question way in junior high schools of Tibetan Math,raising the learning interest of the students to math,making the efficiency higher and so on.Wish these are helpful for the Tibetan Math teachers sincerely.The question from teacher should be acceptable and be connected with the geographic setting and history.Apart from those,the teacher should increase individual qualities and perfect teaching method.Only in this way,can our students'efficiency improve a lot and develop faster and faster under a relaxing circumstance.
