Study On The Cooperation Of College Students' Ideological And Political Education

To improve the ideolo gical and p olitical education of college students is an important part of the ideologi cal and political education of college students.Students' ideological and politica l education to f orm a cohesive f orce,involving all aspe cts,requires full education and integrates ideolo gical and political educ ation resources,so that the parties concentric with the same peer,the formation of mutual cooperation with the efforts to enhance the overall ideologi cal and political education quality,for our party to provide a steady stream of talent protection.Under the guidance of the theory of Marxist theory of cooperation,this paper,in the center of moral education,based on the practical activities of th e ideological and political edu cation of the un dergraduates,insists on the princip le of combining theory with practic e,combined with lite rature research,questionnaires and interviews,making a deep study on the connotation,content,current situation and counterm easure of the ideological and political education of college students.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part describes research bac kground,research significance,dom estic and foreign research status narrative,introduces the research ideas and methods of the paper,and points out the paper's research difficulties and innovation.The second part defines the connotation of the ideological and political education of college students,and explains the m ain contents of the ideological and political education of college students from the followingfour aspects: the resultant force of the various departments in colleges and universitie s.It concluded that the ideologic al and political education of college students has the direction,integration,dynamic and other major features.It expounds the significance of the three aspects of college students' ideological and political education,which can promote the comprehensive development of college students.In the third part,on the ba sis of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,the author m akes a research on th e status of the ideo logical and political education of college students.Achieved th e ideological and political education of college students to im prove the resultant method,the effect of the joint force has been highlighted three aspects.The relationship between the various departm ents is not harmonious,the ideological and political teachers and counselors team integration is not high and so on four aspects of the probl em.The analysis of these problem s is coordinated by the various departments of the organization is not strong,ideological and political teachers and counseling team inte gration mechanism is not perfect and so on four reasons.The fourth part puts forward the m ain countermeasures to enhance the ideological and political education of college students,that is to s trengthen the or ganizational construction of the coor dinated operation of th e various departments of the university,improvethe mechanism of the integration of the teachers and counselors,and perfect the ideological and political education system,build a school,fa mily,social education between the cooperation mechanism.
