The highest level of students' language attainment is embodied in elegant speech and behavior.In order to highlight the instrumental and humanistic nature of Chinese courses and realize the function of Chinese education to serve the society,we must pay attention to the cultivation of students' oral communication ability.The junior high school stage is the key period for the students' ability improvement in all aspects.The students' plasticity is strong,and the good oral communication ability is not only suitable for the development of the times,but also the basis of other subjects.Although some progress has been made in oral communication teaching in theory and practice,the teaching effect is not ideal.In the new Chinese Curriculum Standards,the training objectives of "oral communication" have been clearly put forward,and the achievement of the curriculum objectives is finally to be implemented in teaching and evaluation.Therefore,oral Chinese teaching evaluation is not only an integral part of oral communication teaching,but also an important way to achieve the objectives of oral communication ability.Good oral communication evaluation is an effective means to improve the oral communication ability of students.And in the actual oral communication teaching process,the promotion role of evaluation in students' oral communication ability hasn't been maximized.The reason is that the oral communication teaching evaluation lacks a set of specific feasible implementation programs.It is the focus of this paper to propose a constructive improvement strategy for the current situation of unsatisfactory implementation of oral Chinese teaching evaluation.The specific improvement program is as follows: the basic premise is to establish a scientific and feasible evaluation criteria;the effective measure of the improvement is to enrich the specific content of the evaluation;the basic requirements of its smooth operation is to improve the evaluation consciousness and ability;in addition,in the evaluation process,the evaluation main bodies and evaluation ways need to be diverse,and the evaluation scale is needed as a supplementary tool to enrich and improve the evaluation.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,briefly introducing the background of this research,the research status of oral Chinese teaching evaluation at home and abroad,and the main research methods adopted by the author in this article.The second part is an overview of oral communication teaching evaluation,including the definition of related concepts of oral communication teaching evaluation and the theoretical basis of oral communication teaching evaluation and the important role of evaluation in oral communication teaching.The third part,based on the present situation,summarizes the achievements in the current oral teaching evaluation and the problems in the implementation process,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.The fourth part puts forward the specific improvement strategy for the situation of unsatisfactory oral communication teaching,aiming at promoting the development of oral communication teaching and promoting the students' oral communication ability.The conclusion part summarizes the research results and analyzes the shortcomings of the research.
