The rapid development and extensive application of information technology has promoted the technological progress in various fields and put forward new requirements for special education.“To achieve the leap-forward development of special education,information technology to promote the modernization of special education."In recent years’ china’s the development of education in the process of "special education" Eleventh Five-Year "development plan" expressly raised.Therefore,the application of information technology to the education of deaf students has also become a hot topic both at home and abroad.Deaf students is a very large vulnerable groups,in order to allow them to adapt to society better,We should make every effort to improve the education of deaf students.Due to the limitations of deaf students themselves,it is difficult for ordinary teaching methods to achieve the desired teaching effect,and more use of visual information can make up for hearing defects and improve learning effect.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the relevant indicators of visual resource evaluation which meet the cognitive characteristics of deaf students and provide suggestions for the visual learning resources of deaf students to promote the development of deaf students.This paper takes the primary school deaf students in special education schools as the research subject,refer to the actual educational situation of special education schools simultaneously,And as a basis for the final establishment the Evaluation Index System of Deaf Students’ Visual Learning Resources in Primary Schools.In the early stages of the study,combined with the method of interview and classroom observation methods,preliminary summary the Evaluation Index System of Deaf Students’ Visual Learning Resources in Primary Schools.From the logical order of the formulation of indicators,firstly is the first-level indicators;to the initial development of the indicators as a benchmark,combined with the actual situation of this study,after interviews and classroom observation in the special education schools,improve the indicators;the establishment of secondary indicators,Preliminary evaluation index system.Then,establish a formal evaluation index system.The preliminary content of this stage is the design questionnaire,based on the preliminary development of the indicators,combined with the actual situation of the study,designed a set of pre-test questionnaires.Followed by a pre-test questionnaire on a small scale.The end of the process for the data processing,according to the data to predict the results returned by the questionnaire,import SPSS software for project,relevance and reliability and effectiveness analysis.Through the exploratory factor analysis method,remove the inappropriate problem and modify the initial index accordingly,form the final determination index system.Finally,the validation of the indicator system.The questionnaire will be modified and re-investigated,the data will be recovered.The data obtained from the modified index are introduced into the AMOS structural equation model tool to verify the structural validity of the index system,and finally the index weight is obtained.According to the validated index system and the weight,the conclusion is analyzed and discussed according to the previous research results.Finally,apply validation.
