| With the rapid development of China’s political,economic and cultural aspects,sports undertakings has achieved remarkable development results during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period.As the "13th Five-Year Plan" of sports development was published in 2016,the role of sports in realizing Chinese dream and building a well-off society become more and more obvious.The enthusiasm to participate in sports of the whole society is getting stronger,and the national fitness awareness is enhanced.Meanwhile,modern sports have attracted much attention,of which the sports activities forms diversify and youth sports development flourishes.Basketball is one of young people’s favorite sports.Young basketball players’ development determines the basketball career future in China.However,teaching and training provided by most schools can not meet young basketball players’ needs,which results in the existence of youth amateur basketball clubs.Clubs will provide more opportunities and platforms for young basketball players and youth basketball development.However,problems exist with the development of youth amateur basketball club,which become an important factor hindering the club development itself on the one hand,also an important reason for the youth amateur basketball training on the other hand.National Sports Bureauissued youth sports "thirteen five" plan on the development of youth sports to promote youth sports cultivation quality specifically,requiring further regulation of youth sports organization and management.Thus,the author specifically explore the development of children’s basketball club status quo through this topic.According to the research objectives,8 managers,8 coaches,140 students of 8 children’s basketball clubs,Jilin Jade Children’s Basketball Club,Sheng Hao Children’s Basketball Club,Siyu Children’s Basketball Club,Jiajia Children’s Basketball Club,Tian Yang Children’s Club,Jilin Changyi District,Ship Camp Area,Longtan District and Fengquan District Basketball club,saint boys and girls basketball club,Castle Peak children’s basketball club,Chunyang children’s basketball club,were selected as the object of study.Interview method,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and other research methods were used to investigate the object.The research contents were divided into four parts:(1)the basic situation of children’s basketball club,including basketball club type,site facilities,enrollment publicity and capital operation;(2)children’s basketball club students basic situation,divided into the basic situation of students,training purposes;(3)the training of the children’s basketball club coaches,containing the basic situation of the coach,professional background,training objectives and plans,training patterns and contents,training methods and courses;(4)students,The coach and the club manager’s evaluation of the club.The study shows that significant differences on the physical and learning exists between different basketball training ages of the students in these basketball clubs,which has some reference value for the training of children basketball.The main problems of children basketball club training and management are the relatively simple source of funding,the scarce training site,unimproved intensity of enrollment,not innovation training method of long training method,site and enrollment problem is most prominent which has become the main factors of club development and management.For children’s basketball clubs to develop better,multi-channel club raising funds need to be emphasised,club hardware facilities should be strengthened,the publicity of basketball must be increased,children’s basketball club training should be innovation.Through the research results,research recommendations and development strategies,with a view to the development of children’s basketball club in Jilin City to provide practical reference,new path is expanded for children’s basketball players development. |
