Investigation Report On The Business Circumstance Of Youth Basketball Clubs In Jilin City

With the rapid development of Jilin economy and establishment of the market economic system,Jilin Youth Basketball Clubs have been formed and developed which have achieved favorable social benefits and economic benefits for a short term.From a macro perspective,Jilin Youth Basketball Clubs have promoted regional economy and socialization of sports industry which also have in line with the new trend of national fitness.In addition,from a micro perspective,the Jilin Youth Basketball Clubs not only have contributed to the basketball reserve for youth.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to investigate the business situation of Jilin Youth Basketball Clubs for the better promotion of the health development.In this thesis,it has adopted the methods of literature and document,questionnaire,field investigation along with the mathematical statistics,in order to investigate the business situation of Jilin Youth Basketball Clubs and it has obtained the following conclusions and suggestions.Through the investigation on business situation of Jilin Youth Basketball Clubs,I drew the following conclusions:(1)The registered club students of Jilin Youth Basketball Clubs are higher than that of unregistered club students.The maximum quantity of basketball courts has six in contrast to the minimum quantity has two.All the clubs have bath facilities,but only four clubs have the changing room.The education background of club managers are minimum bachelor degree and the major of managers is mainly basketball and college graduates.(2)The charging standards of Jilin Youth Basketball Clubs are 25-30 yuan/h.The club incomes are basically rely on training,while basketball shoes,professional clothes,protective clothing and basketballs are also part of club incomes.The main route is through poster propaganda and the management system still needs to promote.(3)In Jilin Youth Basketball Clubs,coaches are mainly male rather than female,and their ages are centralized in youth basketball coaches.Their professional level is not so high that are mainly basketball major and the members of college school team.Therefore,the coaches are relatively bigger in liquidity.The ratio of student gender is imbalance while the ratio of boys is much higher than the girls’.Their primary reasons of joining basketball training are to build up their bodies and learn basketball skills.Their dominating motivation is for interests and exercises.In addition,the time when members join in basketball clubs are mainly on summer and winter vocation.Aiming to the existing problems of business situation in Jilin Youth Basketball Clubs.Ⅰ proposed the following three aspects:(1)The government should supervise unregistered clubs;at meanwhile,government should give courage and preferential treatment to registered clubs.The relevant departments should impose more regulations and supervisions on unregistered and registered clubs in the aspect of courts,checks,training which would be better for promoting the development in Jilin Youth Basketball Clubs.(2)Jilin Youth Basketball Clubs need to expand the revenue stream.Based on training which regards as the core resource of income,it can also positively develop basketball and its relative products,expect shoes,clothes and other fundamental products.It can also further sell match tickets and develop more summer camps.(3)Jilin Youth Basketball Clubs need to Improve the level of coaches and strengthen the training of coaches.Through the organization of basketball games,basketball club coaches can enrich the practical guidance experience.In the process of basketball promotion,making full use of students’ motives to participate,especially during the winter and summer vacation.
