The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to take entrepreneurship as one of our country's development strategies.Meanwhile,it put forward that the construction of an innovation-oriented country is our country's major strategic deployment,and the cultivation of innovative talents is the realistic demand of the country.Premier Li Keqiang also focused on the deployment of a new round of task related to “the project for assisting college students to lead entrepreneurship”,which will further promote public entrepreneurship and innovation.Based on the contemporary realistic background,the rate of college students' entrepreneurship has steadily increased,though that is still relatively low.For Normal Universities,on the one hand,they are the cradle of Teacher Education in China and the main base for providing high-quality teachers.Through the promotion of students' awareness of entrepreneurship,Normal Universities help students master basic entrepreneurial skills as well as to enhance students' entrepreneurial spirit.After the students starting their career as a teacher,they are likely to integrate the entrepreneurship education into the transmission of knowledge and talent cultivation.Furthermore,they will spread the entrepreneurial ideas in various stages of national education,which is likely to contribute to the effective transfer of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills.At the same time,the entrepreneurial culture will also be generally inherited.Eventually,the national innovation ability will be promoted.On the other hand,the traditional mode of education has been unable to meet the economic development and social needs for talents.To respond to the severe employment competition,Normal Universities need to pay attention to the entrepreneurship education of college students.In addition to teaching students normal education skills,they should also help to foster students' ability to engage in their profession and assist them to successfully navigate a new job or develop a new career.This paper believes that innovation incentive activities need to be based on a certain theory.The research and establishment of a scientific,professional and systematic mechanism can expand the influence of teacher education,improve the creativity of students,and allow participants to experience and enjoy the fun of the whole process.The establishment of incentive mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship is an important means of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents and an effective way to develop socialist market economy,at the same time,a key link to improve the quality of higher education in China.The paper thinks and carry out tentative exploration of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship incentive mechanism.The research is based on information analysis and literature research method,questionnaire survey method and the multi discipline method,and it adheres to the dialectical thinking,the combination of Marx doctrine of the macroscopic perspective and micro analysis as well as the purpose and means.Besides the introduction,this paper consists of four chapters.The first chapter is to explain the connotation and characteristics of the incentive mechanism of the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in Normal Universities.The second chapter is the literature review of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship college incentive theory.By researching the present situation of our country and western incentive theories,this chapter summarizes the referential significance of incentive theory for the management of current college student education in Normal Universities.Through the questionnaire survey of 32 Normal Universities in provincial administrative regions,not including the special administrative region,the third chapter grasps the status of implementation of students' innovation incentive mechanism in Normal Universities,and analyzes the existing problems and their roots.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the construction ideas of the incentive mechanism from the aspects of principle,target,content and guarantee.In addition,this chapter tries to construct a students' innovation and entrepreneurship incentive mechanism in Normal Universities,on the basis of three perspectives:platform,carrier and method.
