The quality of Finland's basic education cannot do without the excellent teachers,excellent teachers cannot do without the excellent teacher education,because of Finland in the PISA test with good performance,in recent years,the research orientation of Teacher Education in Finland has attracted much attention.The central task of education is to train teachers in Finland to study for the expert teachers.Taking the Finland teachers training is one of the important characteristics of education research and practice.This paper introduces the formation background,training objectives,curriculum,teaching practice and teaching method,on the whole,this kind of training mode is to study the various research methods,learning for teacher training Laid the foundation,through the teaching practice,training mode with the combination of theoretical and practical research,cultivate professional teachers of thinking,attitude and ability,training and practice of teachers' factors are closely linked,the researchers also teachers in practice,on the basis of the specific advantages of training mode the analysis on training mode of primary school teachers in Finland,can provide a thinking for our primary school teachers training deficiencies exist in the model,combined with China's actual situation,to provide some enlightenment for the reform of the mode of training of primary school teachers.
