For middle school students to read literary classics,has very important significance."Compulsory education Chinese curriculum standards(2011 edition)" for 7-9 year students not only have their own reading plan,and also puts forward the detailed requirements on reading quantity.Extracurricular reading amount not less than 2.6 million words,every school year to read two or three famous books.RecitingHowever,in real life,many schools do not attach importance to students' extracurricular reading literary classics,in outlying and poverty-stricken areas of rural middle school,this is particularly prominent.As under the tide of economic development and formed a new group,the left-behind students in rural middle school,in the process of growth,is faced with many problems.These problems,not some individual or group can be solved.This article does not do.The author only a left-behind rural middle school students and symplectic county as an example,through the form of a questionnaire and symposium,field understand left-behind counties in rural middle school students reading the status quo,analysis of the cause of the current situation,and finally puts forward solutions to these problems,and expect to improve counties in rural middle school students' extracurricular reading to provide some ideas.
