With the development of society and the deepening of new curriculum reforms,the psychological and emotional problems of junior high school students and the affective objectives in practical instruction have drawn more and more attention.The junior high school moral and legal courses have the function of educating students in morality and law and cultivating students' emotions.In this context,the emotional instruction in moral and legal classes is increasingly respected.There are many valuable resources that can be tapped and utilized.Applying emotional instruction can change the tedious teaching methods of moral and legal education,improve students' interest and enthusiasm for learning,and then improve teachers' teaching efficiency and quality.It can cultivate students with rich and delicate emotions,reduce the emotional distress of these students,and help them shape a healthy mental quality.At the same time,it also changes the belief of teachers,optimizes the teaching model constantly,and promotes the curriculum reform of moral and legal education effectively.In recent years,the country has attached great importance to poverty alleviation work and education investment in the middle and western regions and rural areas.The study on the application of emotional instruction in moral and legal education in rural junior high schools of poverty-stricken counties can offer a small amount of effort to the education in poor counties from the perspective of specific teaching methods..In this thesis,the author chooses the teachers and students of moral and legal courses from rural junior high schools in Sheqi County of Henan Province as the research subjects,and analyzes the current situation of the application of emotional instruction in moral and legal education.Then,the author puts forward some optimization strategies based on the problems in emotional instruction in the moral and legal course.Through the organic combination of theory and practice,the problems will be found constantly and the solutions will be explored appropriately.Finally,students will not only learn and grow in a state with emotional health and happiness,but also improve their moral cultivation and legal awareness,and foster pro-social behaviors.
