The development of art education and inheritance of ethnic culture in ethnic areas is the main way,implementation and development of education plays an important role in the culture of education in ethnic minority areas,folk art of ethnic minority area has abundant cultural connotation of education,is the main resource of art curriculum in primary school in minority areas.There is a close relationship between art education and national culture.At the same time,art education has the function of inheriting and developing national culture.The Hulun Buir area has the folk culture,cultural and natural geography resources,ethnic primary school art education can implement and positive development,is essential to the development and utilization of local excellent folk culture,so the folk art area is small art art education curriculum resources,also main content of thinking and extend this topic.According to the survey data of field visits in Hulun Buir primary school,several objective from the basic situation of the students and the school art teachers,teaching conditions and teaching facilities,national culture and understanding of art materials and other aspects of analysis of current situation of art education in Hulun Buir,and put forward the problems and reasons of Hulun Buir area primary school art education.Some suggestions on the development of a primary school in Hulun Buir minority area of art education,seeking to expand to Hulun Buir primary school art education,from the national government,as when vigorously optimize the contingent of teachers,improve teachers' teaching quality,several aspects of the government when trying to improve teaching facilities,when the government is committed to enhancing the quality of people,the government's economic policy,people improve their own quality of the students for the knowledge of the arts and culture,for art teachers in the aspects of national culture and art research depth and ability,community support of ethnic areas,art education and cultural heritage need mutual influence,art curriculum arrangement and content should conform to the the characteristics of the ethnic minority areas.
