The class culture construction is important for class teachers to take charge of a class.Pupils' physical and mental development is easily effected by the class cultural;to a great extent,their personality development also depends on the class culture.This paper is mainly to research the construction of class culture based on the elementary student individuality development.Through inducing and summarizing a large amount of literature about pupils' personality,personality development,the class culture construction,it shows that public pay more and more attention to pupils' personality development and put forward different methods promoting the pupils' personality development.The study of classroom culture is not in the minority,class culture on students' individual character development like as the environment of the student's body and mind development,it all involves important education value.Therefore,the writer chooses a primary school in Changsha as the research subject,then practically survey and interview,finds this school has manyaspects to be worthy discussing.Then,based on elaborating the characteristic and the significance of pupils' personality development,we analyze their relations,which aims to explore the class culture's specific impact on pupils' personality development.Eventually,as for the problems of class culture construction,give them better strategy to expect that can create better class cultural and promote pupils' personality development.This paper mainly consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction.It elaborates this paper's background,researches and comments on the literature at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the research significance and research methods.The second part expounds about the class culture's features and significance of pupils' personality development.First of all,it defines the “personality”“personality development”“culture”“ culture”“ class culture”“ class culture construction ”.Then,it analyzes the relation between pupils' personality development and class cultural construction.The third part is described the current status quo of the construction of class culture which relates to pupils' personality development in the primary school inChangsha.This part mainly chooses the material culture level of classes,institutional culture level of classes,behavioral culture level of classes,spiritual culture level of classes as the breakthrough point,and To summarize and analyze its present situation.The fourth part is discusses the problems and development strategies about the class culture construction of pupils' personality development.Even though this primary school in Changsha does well in the class culture construction,there are still some problems to be solved.Thus this part indicates the problems,then put forwards some relevant development strategies.
