The culture of a class is a potential power in education, showing the unique style and features of the class. It can either consciously or unconsciously affect students' behavior in a certain form. It is a new way of education which has been widely accepted by the teachers. The head teacher is responsible for plotting and constructing of the culture. Moreover, the head teacher's morality determines the direction of the culture. The head teacher is bound to forge his/her own sane psychological qualities and employ his/her moral integrity to help the class to build up the correct outlook of value. Meanwhile, the head teacher should set a good example for the students so as to urge them to perfect their moral integrity. Therefore, to advance the culture of a class, we should first refine the head teacher's morality. However in such a multicultural society, the head teacher's morality is being affected and struck by that of the groups in the same profession as well as other groups in society which in turn give birth to a lot of inharmony. For example, they lack devotion to their career and sense of responsibility; they constantly apply corporal punishment on students and some of the teachers even behave dishonorably. The bad influence also struck the construction of the culture of a class: students' spiritual outlook seem to be frustrating; students lack a sense of collective; students are not active in class which leads to the dull atmosphere of the whole class; students tend to have little clans of their own; teachers and students are in a tense relationship. It this situation is not changed, it will be harsh for our education to take effect.
